Role Description We're looking for a Fullstack Engineer who can work across the product and take ownership of features from design to deployment. You'll work with a small, high-performing team on systems that process financial data for some of the fastest-growing CPG brands in the country. This is a hands-on role with a well-defined scope. You'll ship meaningful work, collaborate directly with product and design, and grow quickly in an environment where good engineering judgment gets recognized and prioritized. What You'll Do - Build features across the full stack - Design and build backend systems for data ingestion, processing, and reconciliation - Build APIs and services that power core workflows - Build frontend interfaces for financial workflows, dashboards, and investigations - Work with complex financial data - Build systems that handle structured and unstructured data at volume - Implement matching, reconciliation, and categorization logic - Write code that keeps financial records accurate and auditable - Collaborate with product and design - Partner closely with product and design throughout the build cycle - Ship polished, user-facing features - Iterate based on direct customer feedback - Contribute to AI-powered workflows - Integrate AI-driven features into existing systems and workflows - Help ensure AI-assisted tools are reliable and understandable to users Qualifications - 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience - Has shipped production features end-to-end on a real product - Background in SaaS or data-heavy products preferred - For engineers earlier in their careers, we're particularly interested in candidates who have shipped real products, tools, or meaningful side projects and who actively use AI tools as part of how they build and learn. Requirements - Solid backend experience: APIs, data modeling, working with databases - Solid frontend experience: modern JS frameworks (Vue preferred), component architecture - Some experience with software testing frameworks - Comfortable working with messy, real-world data Product Mindset - Cares about user experience, not just code quality - Can balance quality and speed in a fast-moving environment - Takes ownership and follows through Bonus Points - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite - Background in document parsing or OCR data normalization - Shipped AI-native features to production - Experience with forecasting, demand planning, or promotion analytics, particularly modeling promotion lift or building systems that help brands understand trade performance

You'll work across the full stack, from backend systems that process financial data to the frontend interfaces customers use every day, and you'll have a meaningful voice in how we build and evolve our systems. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and help raise the technical bar across the team.
