Role Description This role works specifically within the Aged Care Incubator (ACI) Team, which supports aged care providers, technology providers, and researchers to collaborate, solve problems together, and implement innovative and emerging solutions and technologies. The Project and Programs Coordinator will coordinate and support the delivery of programs, projects, and stakeholder engagement activities, including: - Scheduling, logistics, documentation, and monitoring milestones and deliverables to ensure activities are delivered effectively and on time. - Leading project ideation, planning, piloting, implementation, and scaling through structured coaching and operational support of ACI programs. - Managing intake, tracking, and follow-through for enquiries, applications, and engagements, including eligibility and readiness checks, issue escalation, and maintenance of accurate records. - Coordinating workshops, meetings, panels, and evaluation activities, including documentation, feedback collation, participant follow-up, and preparation of reporting materials. - Maintaining accurate records and databases for program activities, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and effective use of CRM and tracking systems. - Monitoring milestones, actions, and deliverables, ensuring follow-ups are completed or escalated. This position makes a significant contribution to the University’s strategic plan to changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters, by 2035 through education, research, and partnership. This role is focused on opening opportunities, solving real-world problems, and translating knowledge into outcomes that strengthen communities. Qualifications - Relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. - Demonstrated experience in coordinating or supporting programs and/or projects. - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - Demonstrated understanding of, and a commitment to, the requirements of confidentiality within a professional work team. - Sound knowledge of contemporary administrative systems, software, and practices. - Prior experience in the aged care sector is desirable. Position Details: - Multiple casual professional positions available - Location: Bedford Park/Remote About the Role Under broad direction, the University Field Supervisor (UFS) supports Social Work students during their professional placements. Working in partnership with placement providers, the UFS helps students integrate theory with practice, promotes ethical and culturally responsive care, and ensures alignment with registration and endorsement standards. Key responsibilities include: - Providing individual and group supervision (online or hybrid) to develop clinical skills, reflective practice, and professional identity. - Monitoring placement progress, ensuring compliance with Social Work program requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation. - Collaborating with placement sites and field supervisors to enhance student learning and support culturally safe practice. - Addressing challenges proactively through timely feedback, appropriate escalation, and documenting supervision outcomes and student development. About you: You are a qualified Social Worker (AASW) and a Board-Approved Supervisor with proven experience supervising provisional social workers.
