About Fitt Fitt is a media-led platform operating at the center of health and wellness. Through content, talent, partnerships, services, and community, we help shape the companies, conversations, and people driving the industry forward. We’ve built trust, audience, access, and a growing set of complementary businesses. Now we’re focused on making the full platform work better together — with stronger coordination, faster execution, and more consistent follow-through across the business. The role We’re hiring a Head of Platform to help make Fitt run better. This is an operator-builder hybrid role for someone who can improve coordination, drive execution, and build the systems and workflows the platform needs as they go. You will work closely with Fitt’s executive team and sit at the center of the business. You’ll help connect priorities across business lines, push high-value initiatives forward, manage inbound opportunities, and bring more structure and follow-through to the platform. This is not a passive project management role. We’re not looking for someone to simply organize meetings, move tasks around, or wait for direction. We need someone who can absorb context quickly, make smart decisions, create structure where none exists, and run with important initiatives end to end. If a workflow is broken, you fix it. If a system is missing, you build it. If something important needs to move, you make it happen. What you’ll do Help run the platform - Work closely with the executive team to keep priorities aligned - Improve coordination across content, talent, AIIR, partnerships, and other platform initiatives - Create and manage the operating rhythms that keep the business moving - Track key priorities, decisions, and follow-through - Make sure important opportunities do not stall or fall through the cracks Drive cross-functional execution - Lead special projects and initiatives that span multiple parts of the business - Take ideas from discussion to execution without needing constant oversight - Step into ambiguous situations, create structure, and move work forward - Own timelines, deliverables, communication, and next steps across high-priority initiatives - Help leadership stay focused on what matters most Build systems and workflows - Identify where process, communication, or ownership is breaking down - Create practical systems that improve visibility, accountability, and execution - Build workflows that help momentum move across the platform - Improve how information, opportunities, and follow-up are shared across teams - Put lightweight structure in place without adding unnecessary complexity Manage inbound and opportunity flow - Review inbound opportunities, requests, intros, ideas, and partnership conversations - Assess fit, urgency, and strategic value - Filter what matters, redirect what doesn’t, and elevate the right things to leadership - Own follow-up and next steps when opportunities are worth pursuing - Act as a strong extension of the executive team in both internal and external communication Lead high-value initiatives - Lead the development and launch of Fitt Insider's digital and in-person community and membership program - Run with projects like events, partnerships, activations, launches, or new engagement efforts - Coordinate small and mid-sized events from concept through execution - Support partnership development and implementation - Help execute cross-platform campaigns and strategic moments - Take ownership where there is opportunity but no natural home Stay dialed into the industry - Stay close to the people, companies, and trends shaping health and wellness - Proactively identify emerging talent, rising executives, breakout companies, and high-value operators - Know when to reach out, build a relationship, or create a touchpoint before there is an immediate need - Help Fitt stay visible and relevant with the people who matter most - Surface new relationships, opportunities, and market signals to the executive team - Turn industry awareness into proactive outreach and action - Own and expand a recurring series of curated executive gatherings across health, wellness, and fitness What success looks like In this role, success looks like: - Better coordination across the platform - Faster execution on high-priority initiatives - Stronger follow-through internally and externally - More clarity around priorities, ownership, and next steps - Fewer distractions and less noise reaching the executive team - Better management of inbound opportunities - More momentum moving across business lines - Stronger visibility into what matters most - Leadership spending more time on strategic work and less time chasing details What we’re looking for You may be a fit if you are: - Highly organized and highly proactive - Action-oriented and comfortable moving quickly - Resourceful and calm under pressure - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists - A strong communicator in writing and in person - Good at managing multiple priorities without losing momentum - Confident making decisions and owning outcomes - Polished with senior leaders, founders, executives, and partners - Someone who notices what is missing and builds it - Someone who cares about execution, not just ideas What we do not want This role is not for someone who is: - A passive coordinator - Only a project manager - Waiting for perfect direction before acting - Overly theoretical or process-heavy - More interested in planning than doing - Relying on pedigree instead of output We are looking for someone who takes initiative, moves with urgency, and gets things done. How you work You should be someone who: - Can sit in a high-level conversation and quickly understand what matters - Knows when to act, when to ask, and when to escalate - Can represent leadership well - Can toggle between strategic thinking and tactical execution - Can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture - Is comfortable owning messy, undefined work - Has high standards and strong follow-through Why this role matters Fitt has built real trust, reach, and influence across health and wellness. The next phase is about turning that position into more coordinated execution and greater leverage across the platform. This role is central to that effort. You’ll help make the business more connected, more effective, and more capable of acting on the opportunities already in front of us.

This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We're looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships Manager to scale our external partner ecosystem. The foundation is in place and now we need someone to take it to the next level. This role spans paid influencer partnerships, affiliate and health provider program growth, and the community infrastructure that keeps partners genuinely engaged over time. We have a differentiating asset most supplement brands can't offer: a founder team with real clinical credibility and a science communicator with a global audience. You'll leverage that to build a partner experience — for creators, affiliates, and health professionals alike — that goes well beyond a commission link. This means ongoing education, founder access, community touchpoints, and partnerships that feel like belonging to something meaningful. Responsibilities - Paid Influencer Partnerships - Manage day-to-day paid influencer partnerships end-to-end — briefing, contracting, content review, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination with creative and paid media teams. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new creator partners whose audiences are clinically curious and evidence-driven. - Develop clear, compelling briefs that translate our brand voice and product science into authentic creator content. - Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to continuously optimise influencer strategy and spend — focused on conversions, not just reach. - Maintain an organized influencer database: contact details, campaign history, content deliverables, and performance data. - Affiliate & Health Provider Program - Scale our existing affiliate program — recruiting and activating new partners across relevant tiers, driving consistent revenue growth. - Own and grow our health provider program, expanding our network of RDs, dietitians, functional medicine practitioners, naturopaths, and allied health professionals. - Manage program operations: partner onboarding, communications, tracking, payouts, and compliance. - Develop partner-facing materials — guides, product education toolkits, content assets — that make it easy for affiliates and providers to represent us accurately and credibly. - Identify new recruitment channels and outreach strategies to bring in quality partners at scale. - Partner Community Management - Build and manage an engaged partner community across influencers, affiliates, and health providers — fostering long-term relationships, not just transactional ones. - Run ongoing welcome sessions for new partners to set them up for success from day one. - Manage community platforms (e.g. Slack, Circle, or similar) to keep partners connected, informed, and motivated. - Organize quarterly virtual or in-person touchpoints offering partners direct access to the founders — a differentiated benefit few brands can offer. - Coordinate ongoing health provider education sessions covering product science, clinical context, and Q&As to deepen provider confidence and advocacy. - Maintain a community events calendar — campaigns, education moments, product launches, and milestone celebrations — to keep the partner ecosystem active year-round. - Seeding & Events - Develop monthly seeding target lists, identify high-potential creator and provider recipients, and manage delivery and follow-up to maximize organic visibility. - Support planning and execution of influencer activations and brand events, managing partner logistics, communications, and on-site coordination as needed. - Identify co-marketing and community event opportunities that strengthen relationships across the partner network. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing paid influencer partnerships and/or affiliate programs — ideally in health, wellness, or DTC. - Demonstrated experience scaling a partner program, not just maintaining one that already exists. - Strong understanding of what makes influencer content convert — you optimize for business impact, not just engagement metrics. - Experience working in-house at a brand, agency-side, or with a creator marketplace/platform. - Genuine interest in community building — you understand that the best partner programs feel like belonging to something, not just earning a commission. - Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools (e.g. Superfiliate or similar). - Experience working with or marketing to health professionals (RDs, NDs, functional medicine, etc.) is a meaningful plus. - Excellent communicator — equally comfortable running a partner welcome call, writing a community newsletter, or presenting program performance to leadership. - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple campaigns and partner relationships simultaneously without things slipping. - A positive, solution-oriented mindset and the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.
