• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sign-Up Specialists, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to help each rep grow. • Own team conversion metrics: set targets, track performance against them, and identify the coaching or process interventions that move the needle. • Build and reinforce a consistent, high-energy sales culture focused on urgency, follow-through, and delivering a strong first impression of the platform. • Recruit, hire, and ramp new team members as the Sign-Up function scales. • Standardize workflows and call processes to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability across the team. • Generate momentum with prospective agencies during the sign-up process to drive activation and early platform utilization. • Partner closely with the Onboarding team to ensure clean handoffs and alignment on what a well-activated agency looks like. • Define and track KPIs including conversion rate, contact-to-activation ratios, and call/activity metrics; analyze trends and surface actionable insights for leadership. • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior leadership on team results, key initiatives, and opportunities. • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations to surface agent feedback and bring the right tools and resources to your team. • Stay informed on carrier appetites, market trends, and the competitive landscape to keep the team's messaging sharp and relevant. • Address escalations promptly and resolve issues that could slow or block an agency's path to activation.

• Build and maintain existing complex partner workflows including new workflow construction, ongoing optimization, error monitoring, and resolution of workflow failures or enrollment issues. • Build and deploy HubSpot automations that operationalize defined processes for Sales, Support, and Account Management teams (notifications, task creation, property updates, list management, ticket routing, deal automation, pipeline stage progression, lifecycle stage transitions, and lead scoring logic) to drive operational automation and efficiency across teams. • Work closely with Product team stakeholders to ensure data sync and operational flows between Product systems and HubSpot are functioning correctly. • Monitor active workflows for enrollment errors, action failures, and unintended behavior. Perform root-cause troubleshooting, implement fixes, and escalate complex architectural issues to the CRM & Automation Admin. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and consolidate workflows. Recommend better ways to structure automation logic, reduce redundancy, and optimize the workflow library for performance and maintainability. • Maintain clear documentation for every workflow built or modified, including purpose, enrollment criteria, branching logic, and dependencies. Adhere to established naming conventions, folder structures, and governance standards.
• Shape the First Impression: You will own the agent's journey from the moment they join, working on sign-up and onboarding flows, personalization logic, and initial incentives. • Streamline Compliance: You’ll build and maintain automations that handle underlying compliance and producer verification, turning what used to be manual work into a seamless digital experience. • Impact the "Aha Moment": Your code will directly guide thousands of agents to their first successful interaction with a carrier. • Bridge Legacy and Innovation: You will play a key role in evolving our foundational backend systems, ensuring that new growth experiments coexist reliably with our most critical codebase. • Collaborate Across Borders: You’ll work closely with our Discovery & Access team and our US-based Product Manager to ensure a cohesive and friction-less experience for every agent on the platform.
• Spearhead the end-to-end product strategy for our comparative rater and binding flows, owning the product from technical carrier integrations to the final end-user interface. • Define, track, and report on key product KPIs, making ruthless prioritization decisions based on a healthy mix of impact analysis, effort, and user feedback. • Drive user adoption of the quote and bind features, ensuring a world-class, seamless agent experience. • Drive technical & feature excellence by collaborating closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate high-level business problems into detailed technical requirements and polished features. • Lead agent-facing discovery, research, and ideation to inform the product roadmap. • Coordinate across time zones with internal teams and external partners to translate problem areas and requirements into productized solutions. • Take over a ready product that is poised to be one of our key growth levers, requiring readiness to pivot and adapt to fast-changing priorities. • Collaborate with almost every team in the company, with most exposure to Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and Sales.
• Real-Time Data integrations and Commission systems, primarily from a backend/data perspective, with exposure to frontend data presentation and interfaces. • Incentive programs, including our Rewards Program (Shared Growth Plan) and other new initiatives as they evolve. • Existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems, supporting improvements, maintenance, and incremental development where needed. • Integrating and working with multiple data sources: Build and maintain integrations with external systems and ensure data consistency and reliability across pipelines. • Ensure engineering quality: Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing culture. • Leverage modern tooling and AI: Use AI tools as part of the development process, treating them as an active part of the workflow
• Build and evolve data processing systems: Design and implement ETL pipelines that collect, transform, and deliver data from multiple sources (including agency portals) into usable product features. • Turn data into insights: Translate raw insurance and agency data into meaningful metrics such as sales performance, inquiry volumes, geographic activity, and product distribution. • Integrate and work with multiple data sources: Build and maintain integrations with external systems and ensure data consistency and reliability across pipelines. • Collaborate in a fast-changing environment: Work closely with product in a highly iterative setup with no fixed long-term roadmap. • Ensure engineering quality: Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing culture. • Leverage modern tooling and AI: Use AI tools as part of the development process, treating them as an active part of the workflow
