Full Stack Engineer

First Connect Insurance Services

• Real-Time Data integrations and Commission systems, primarily from a backend/data perspective, with exposure to frontend data presentation and interfaces. • Incentive programs, including our Rewards Program (Shared Growth Plan) and other new initiatives as they evolve. • Existing data pipelines across backend and frontend systems, supporting improvements, maintenance, and incremental development where needed. • Integrating and working with multiple data sources: Build and maintain integrations with external systems and ensure data consistency and reliability across pipelines. • Ensure engineering quality: Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing culture. • Leverage modern tooling and AI: Use AI tools as part of the development process, treating them as an active part of the workflow

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience as a fullstack developer, working comfortably on both frontend and backend.
  • You feel comfortable using Node.js, TypeScript, React, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.
  • You have a Startup Mindset: High ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity. We are looking for people who want to build and grow, not just maintain.
  • You are based in Poland with flexibility for partial US time zone overlap.
  • You are fluent in English (C1) and Polish (C2).
