This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description You've built a book. Now you want to grow it—with better technology, real support, and without the bureaucracy. The Focus Team exists to help experienced advisors scale their practices by providing infrastructure, market access, and collaborative resources that would take years to build independently. This isn't about fitting into someone else's system. It's about plugging into a team that amplifies what you've already built while giving you access to new markets, coordinated events, and a support structure that actually works. We run the Focus Team with accessible leadership and a collaborative culture. Your clients remain yours. Your success contributes to the team, and the team's resources accelerate your growth. The Focus Team Difference - Unmatched Market Access: We conduct events inside major corporations nationwide. When prospects see you presenting in their own building, credibility is instant. This access took years to build. You get it immediately. - Specialized Knowledge Training: We teach you the internal language, benefits structures, and culture of our target companies so deeply that prospects assume you're one of them. - Dedicated Support Infrastructure: A dedicated team for client service, marketing support from our team, and premium tools—resources that let you focus on clients instead of operations. - Accessible, Collaborative Culture: Leadership is hands-on and approachable. The team lead does the same work he asks anyone else to do. Your input shapes team direction. Senior advisors mentor those coming up, and everyone's success lifts everyone else. Your Impact - Transition & Grow Your Book: Bring your existing client relationships onto Farther's modern platform—then leverage Focus Team resources to grow. Our coordinated events, market access, and marketing infrastructure open doors that would be impossible to access solo. - Access New Markets: The Focus Team has established relationships inside major Fortune 500 companies nationwide. We run events inside these companies, giving you access to qualified high-net-worth prospects in environments where trust is pre-established. - Leverage Specialized Knowledge: Tap into deep institutional knowledge of our target markets. Our training on internal company terminology, benefits structures, and culture is so thorough that prospects often assume you work alongside them. - Contribute to Team Growth: Share your expertise with developing advisors. As you progress toward partnership, you'll help shape the team's direction and mentor the next generation—building something bigger than just your own book. Qualifications - Existing book of business with established client relationships - Series 65 or 66 license (required) - Track record of client retention and organic growth - Desire to grow beyond your current capacity with team resources - Collaborative mindset—willing to share knowledge and support teammates - Entrepreneurial drive toward eventual practice ownership Bonus Points - CFP, CFA, ChFC, or other advanced certifications - Experience with corporate retirement plans, executive comp, or small business owners - Existing relationships at large corporations - Experience mentoring or training a junior advisor Benefits - Comprehensive medical benefits (health & dental, vision) & retirement benefits 401(k) matching & Mega Backdoor Roth - Unlimited PTO - Growth opportunities at a fast-scaling fintech - Veteran industry experts to learn from Transitions Made Simple We streamline your client transition with personalized planning, communication support, and full operational assistance — letting you focus on what matters most. Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure, plus the opportunity to grow your book 3X faster with better client solutions and virtually zero operations and admin work. Location Flexibility Work where you work best. We're built for both remote and hybrid collaboration across major hubs and anywhere in between. Ready to disrupt wealth management? Let's talk!
