Role Description The Advanced Industrial Engineering Manager plays a dual role as a strategic leader and technical expert, responsible for designing and optimizing production systems, leading process improvement initiatives, and driving long-term operational strategies across the enterprise. This role blends deep technical expertise in Lean and advanced industrial engineering practices with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or a related field. - Project Management Certification or Six Sigma Black Belt a plus. - Advanced expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Flow & Pull Systems, and Level Loading a plus. - 6–10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing systems, including 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role. - Proven track record of driving both technical and cross-functional improvement initiatives. - Experience in large-scale Kaizen events or transformation projects considered a plus. - Proficiency in time studies, work measurement, and ergonomics preferred. - Skilled at translating data into actionable strategies, with strong communication and leadership abilities. - Knowledge of factory simulation software (e.g., FlexSim) preferred. - Experience applying Choosing By Advantages (CBA) in decision-making is a plus. - Strong ERP and MES expertise required, with Acumatica experience preferred. Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop a high-performing team of industrial engineers responsible for designing efficient production systems, line balancing, standard work, and optimized material flow across facilities. - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced IE methodologies to drive improvements in cycle time, throughput, labor utilization, and overall system performance. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Product Engineering, and ERP teams to align production capabilities with business objectives. - Develop data-driven models to simulate production layouts, capacity, and constraints using tools like time studies, value stream mapping, and simulation software. - Partner with leadership to identify and implement enterprise-wide process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce waste and improve flow. - Lead complex, cross-site projects such as facility expansions, process re-designs, and technology adoption initiatives. - Serve as a subject matter expert for advanced systems including ERP, MES, factory automation, and digital manufacturing tools. - Mentor and coach engineers and operations leaders on industrial engineering tools, problem solving, and high-velocity execution. - Evaluate future-state requirements and develop strategic plans to support long-term growth, including workforce planning, space utilization, and technology integration. - Participate in capital planning, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development for new investments in tools, processes, and infrastructure. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards through system design and daily practice. - Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Role Description Faith Technologies Inc. (FTI) is searching for an Advanced Test Engineer to support power generation products for the Product team. This position can be remote or hybrid if you are near an FTI location, with travel involved. This role is a high-impact, strategic position designed for a technical expert who can bridge the gap between customer requirements and operational excellence. As the Global Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will define the standards for how power generation systems are setup and validated across the organization. The Advanced Global Test Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of testing processes for complex power generation and power distribution systems. This includes: - Initial customer consultation - Equipment specification - Protocol development - Global site support You will serve as the primary technical authority, ensuring that testing methodologies are standardized, automated where possible, and integrated seamlessly into the broader manufacturing and quality ecosystems. Role Description The Structural Engineer II is responsible for performing basic structural engineering tasks for electrical construction projects under the direct supervision of the Engineering Manager or Director to ensure the safety and durability of the projects on which they are working. This role will work in close contact with other structural engineers (Preconstruction teams, project teams, and manufacturing production teams) within the organization. The ideal candidate must have the ability to apply principles of mechanics, mathematics, physics, material science, and 3D concepts to creative problem-solving. This role will work in close contact with, and provide guidance to, other structural engineers within the organization. Role Description The Electrical Engineer III is responsible for performing electrical power, PV system design, and/or low voltage system engineering tasks for renewable construction projects, under the direct supervision of an Engineering Team Leader as assigned by the Corporate Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD knowledge is required as well as knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering - 8-12 years of progressive electrical engineering related experience - OR Associate Degree in Electrical Technology - 8-12 years of progressive electrical engineering related experience Requirements - 5-15% travel - Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, but work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
