• Own the partner web product end ‑ to ‑ end, from discovery through delivery and optimisation • Define and maintain a clear product direction and prioritised roadmap aligned to partner outcomes • Shape how CMS and platform capabilities are used to support partner needs • Ensure clear separation between partner ‑ specific configuration and reusable core capability • Work closely with Capability Owners and Engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities • Act as a credible senior interface with partner stakeholders on priorities, progress, risks, and trade ‑ offs • Define and track success metrics for the partner web proposition
• Driving commercial growth across the Spanish market • Managing and expanding the existing sales team • Owning and growing commercial relationships with key gaming operators in Spain • Identifying, pitching, and closing new commercial opportunities, including affiliate, media, sponsorship, programmatic campaigns, and bespoke partnership deals • Working cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding, activation, and ongoing optimisation and monetization of partnerships across the region • Delivering revenue growth and commercial targets within the Spanish market • Maintaining a strong and accurate commercial pipeline, reporting regularly on performance, forecasts and plans • Ensuring all commercial activity aligns with FairPlay’s brand, compliance, and strategic objectives • Contributing to regional strategy discussions and supporting broader Southern Europe & LATAM initiatives
Role Description To ensure clear ownership and effective collaboration within the central capability model, the Retention & Engagement Lead operates within the following RASCI framework: - Responsible (R) - Global retention, engagement and lifecycle strategy - Engagement and churn‑reduction frameworks across products and markets - Loyalty, value, upgrade and cross‑sell strategy definition - Fan community strategy and participation models - Identification of behavioural signals impacting engagement and retention - Accountable (A) - Delivery of retention, engagement and customer lifetime value outcomes against agreed KPIs - Ensuring engagement and lifecycle strategies are commercially effective and scalable - Ensuring retention initiatives are aligned to product roadmap and acquisition quality - Supporting (S) - Local market execution of lifecycle, retention and engagement initiatives - Product marketing of fan propositions throughout the lifecycle - White‑label deployments with engagement and retention playbooks - Consulted (C) - Product teams on retention‑driven feature prioritisation and engagement design - Growth & Acquisition Lead on lifecycle handover points, upgrade pathways and fan value optimisation - Data and Insight teams on cohort analysis, behavioural modelling and performance interpretation - Informed (I) - Senior stakeholders on engagement trends, churn drivers, retention risks and value‑growth opportunities This RASCI model ensures the Retention & Engagement Lead has clear ownership of lifecycle value and engagement performance, while enabling strong cross‑functional collaboration and effective local execution. • Leading, serving and driving the success of one or more of FairPlay’s sports media/technology partners. • Acting as the day-to-day lead focused on the performance of a partnership, end-user satisfaction and overall partnership success. • Developing and executing performance-focused strategies that drive betting-centric digital traffic, conversions, and monetization. • Leading monthly and quarterly business reviews and partner planning meetings. • Establishing relationships with senior executives/managers across operators, publishers, brands, rights holders and other stakeholders. • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Affiliate, SEO, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver against partner goals. • Translating partner requirements into structured inputs for Product and Engineering teams. • Participating in roadmap discussions and helping prioritize initiatives based on commercial impact and strategic value. • Supporting go-to-market efforts tied to new product features impacting assigned partnerships. • Attending select industry events and traveling within the UK/US to meet with clients/partners.
• Manage and create shareable embed codes through our CMS to support efficient optimization and fulfill sponsorship agreements. • Ensure all sites are fully merchandised with the most relevant sportsbook content. • Use Google Analytics and internal reporting tools to identify optimization opportunities. • Work closely with Commercial teams to review performance and provide actionable recommendations. • Monitor breaking sports news and produce high-intent editorial content aligned with key KPIs. • Implement daily and weekly site audit checklists to maintain high standards across all properties.
