Role Description Exterity is looking for a Business Development Manager who wants to build a pipeline, create momentum, and directly impact company growth across multiple markets. This is a true hunter role with national reach. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from identifying and engaging prospects to closing deals and setting up long-term client success. If you’re motivated by winning new business, building relationships, and operating with a high level of autonomy, this is the role for you. What You’ll Own - Build & Drive Your Pipeline - Identify and target new clients across multiple regions and industries - Prospect through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building - Develop a strong, self-generated pipeline aligned to revenue goals - Research prospects to understand portfolios, needs, and service fit - Lead the Sales Process - Run discovery conversations and uncover client needs - Qualify opportunities based on fit, scope, and profitability - Manage deals from first conversation through close - Maintain clear pipeline visibility and consistent activity tracking - Close & Transition New Business - Develop and present tailored service solutions - Partner with operations to ensure solutions are executable - Close new business and support a smooth transition to operations - Stay engaged early to ensure client alignment and satisfaction - Expand Relationships - Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships - Partner with Account Managers to increase account value - Build relationships with key decision-makers across portfolios Qualifications - 2–5 years in business development, sales, or similar role - Proven ability to build pipeline and close new business - Self-starter mentality with strong accountability to goals - Experience in landscaping, facilities services, or service-based industries is a plus - Comfortable engaging with decision-makers across industries - Strong communication — clear, confident, and professional - Able to manage multiple opportunities across regions - Consistent CRM usage and pipeline management Requirements - Ability to quickly understand client needs and position solutions - Ability to build trust and long-term partnerships - Strong follow-through from prospecting through close Benefits - Run your pipeline and approach with trust and flexibility - Sell across multiple markets and industries - Directly influence revenue growth and company expansion - Collaborate with operations to deliver real solutions

Role Description Growth creates opportunity. We’re seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to fully own a portfolio of landscaping clients and serve as their trusted advisor. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will anticipate needs, solve problems, and drive both retention and growth. - Own client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact - Solve issues quickly to ensure long-term satisfaction - Partner cross-functionally with account admins, market managers, and vendors - Oversee work orders and ensure seamless service delivery - Maintain contract, pricing, and client data accuracy - Support billing integrity and vendor coordination - Lead renewals, upsells, and expansion discussions - Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews when requested - Proactively identify improvement opportunities within client landscapes This is a remote position reporting to the Director of Client Success.
