Role Description We’re looking for experienced family law attorneys to join our team on a contract basis for up to 10 hours per week. You will serve as counsel for our customers by reviewing prenuptial agreements generated on our platform. - Review prenups on our digital platform - Flag important clauses, and provide comments to your client - Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel - Ensure client understands terms of prenuptial agreement and answer any questions they may have Qualifications - 5+ years experience as a family law attorney - Deep understanding of, and experience with, prenuptial agreements - Strong communication skills - responsive, with clear, concise communication - Customer-centric mindset - Licensed and in good standing to practice in the state of Illinois - Must carry your own Professional Liability Insurance Requirements - You believe that high-quality legal agreements should be more accessible for more people! • Design, build, and ship full-stack features using modern frameworks (e.g., React/Next.js) • Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs (e.g., Python-based frameworks) • Work with relational databases (e.g., Postgres) to model, store, and query data • Deploy and manage applications in cloud and serverless environments • Monitor, debug, and improve application performance and reliability using modern tooling • Analyze user behavior and product metrics to inform product decisions • Implement authentication and user management flows using third-party services • Collaborate closely with a small team on architecture, product direction, and technical tradeoffs • Contribute to rapid iteration cycles while maintaining strong engineering standards • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and problem-solving

• Review AI-generated fund reports against institutional-grade standards • Evaluate document classification and extraction quality • Improve scoring and benchmarking models • Define what 'good' looks like • Translate LP workflow into product requirements • Build fund intelligence content • Stay current on market trends

• Manage relationships with a portfolio of business brokers • Run regular check-ins to understand deal pipelines, challenges, and opportunities • Provide practical coaching on workflows, platform usage, and best practices • Build trusted relationships and proactively identify risks or growth opportunities • Collect and synthesize broker feedback through conversations and surveys • Lead onboarding for new brokers through live walkthroughs and follow-ups • Train customers on platform features, deal workflows, and operational best practices • Create scalable enablement content (guides, short videos, FAQs) • Monitor usage and proactively support brokers to drive adoption and retention • Design and host virtual events such as workshops, trainings, and community sessions • Encourage knowledge-sharing and highlight broker wins and success stories • Communicate product updates, tips, and best practices to customers • Act as the 'voice of the broker' internally by identifying patterns in feedback • Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to improve broker outcomes

• Own relationships with a portfolio of business brokers (independent and team-based) • Run regular 1:1s and check-ins with brokers to understand their pipeline, active deals, and bottlenecks • Coordinate the rollout of broker engagement and feedback surveys; synthesize results and share insights with the team • Deliver “hard” feedback in a friendly, non-threatening way • Become an expert power user of the Iconic web app and broker workflow • Onboard new brokers: run live walkthroughs, Q&A, and follow-ups to ensure they’re fully set up • Train brokers on lead and deal management workflows • Create and maintain scalable enablement materials • Proactively monitor adoption and usage; reach out when brokers under-utilize key features or are at risk of churn • Design and run a consistent cadence of community experiences • Drive engagement across channels (Slack, Zoom, webinars, occasional in-person gatherings) • Create ongoing written content tailored to brokers • Act as the internal advocate for brokers and communicate structured feedback to product, engineering, and leadership
