• Monitor and review developments within the regulatory environment of the business in the US • Maintain compliance with existing licenses in the US • Analyse entry requirements for new US markets and co-ordinate applications for licenses • Advise and support internal stakeholders on compliance issues • Draft, update and implement policies and procedures to ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with the applicable regulations • Prepare compliance reports and training as needed • Represent the Company in Industry Events and in relation to regulatory situations with Regulators • Work with the Head of Compliance, Director of Legal and Compliance and all stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal and external processes and regulation
