Role Description Review and assist Everence Medicare Supplement members with Medicare Part D. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Medicare Part D prescription drug plans and apply this knowledge when evaluating plan options for members. - Utilize the Medicare Planfinder web tool to assist members in selecting an appropriate Medicare Part D prescription drug plan. - Schedule and meet with members via phone or Microsoft Teams to discuss recommended prescription drug plans and help them assess a final plan choice selection. - Contact members to request additional information and follow-up. - Audit Medicare Part D Data entry forms and documents to ensure accuracy. - Document member interactions and plan details using the customer relationship management system (CRM) and documents system (OnBase). - Collaborate with field offices to support member needs and ensure coordinated service. - Other tasks as needed. Qualifications - Experience or interest in working and communicating with members 65+ years of age. - Strong service orientation. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Excellent overall verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working purposefully to accommodate a busy schedule. - Ability to keep absolute confidentiality of client information. - Ability to use objective and subjective information to help members make plan choices. - Comfortable using a computer and doing data input. - Familiarity with medication names and medical terminology is preferred, but not required. - Basic knowledge of how Medicare works is preferred, but not required. - Alignment in supporting the Everence mission of empowering financial well-being for faith-inspired living. Helping people to integrate their faith and finances through their investment, insurance, banking, and charitable giving decisions. This position serves our Client Engagement Center (CEC) specializing in Retirement Services. - Provide holistic investment, insurance, and charitable giving. - Maintain a strong knowledge of Everence products. - Generate new business and sales of products within designated region. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, regular communication, and proactive outreach. - Build trust with clients through professional competency and empathy. - Cultivate connections and proactively deepen relationships to generate cross-sales and new opportunities. - Function effectively as part of a consultant team approach. - Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all Everence-offered products and services. - Periodically make group presentations. - Achieve required licensures and complete continuing education credits and compliance requirements as needed to maintain all licenses. - Become proficient with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and OnBase software platform for workflows and file storage. - Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of compliance regulations. - Additional duties as assigned. - Areas of specialization include: Retirement Services. Role Description Supports the sales efforts of Consultants. Provides technical expertise, clerical support, and administrative support for Financial Consultants or Financial Planners. Serves as the primary point of contact for all client questions and follow-up. Delivers excellent customer service to prospects, clients, and staff. Responsibilities and Duties - Provide sales support assistance to assigned consultants or planners: - Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and forward calls to the appropriate person. - Prepare client appointment materials including various client reports, forms, and other applicable information. - Prepare applications using a form software system; process and forward applications to appropriate departments and/or companies. - Construct letters and memos, complete mailings, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM. - Prepare client correspondence as needed. - Prepare investment reviews. - Maintain the financial consultant’s calendar as requested. - Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. - Manage the client database to offer routine review appointments by phone, mail, or email, with consideration of the consultant’s recommendation, client classification system, service standards, and client preferences. - Monitor pending trades and account activity and send thank you emails when confirmations are received. - Provide updates to the Financial Consultant when money movement processes are occurring. Role Description Carries out the daily operations activities related to Everence annuities, Mennonite Retirement Trust (MRT), and Everence Retirement Services (ERS). - Collaborate with other staff to carry out day-to-day administrative tasks for retirement plans and annuities (e.g., processing or approving surrenders, maturities, retirement payments, correspondence, and tax reporting). - Understand MRT, annuity and ERS products to assist employers, congregations, participants and advisors in establishing accounts, completing enrollment materials, maintaining accounts and completing forms. - Work with service providers to maintain daily operations. - Coordinate the onboarding of new Everence Retirement Services plans and facilitate communication between advisors and third-party providers to maintain the day-to-day operations of existing Everence Retirement Services plans. - Provide customer service to advisors, employers, and participants. - Collaborate with other staff to produce operational and participant reports. - Develop and maintain expertise in annuities and retirement products. - Assist with compliance activities for all retirement products. - Assist in keeping all administrative forms, manuals, and form letters up to date. - Assist in maintaining all retirement operations systems and procedures. - Complete other projects as assigned by the Director of Retirement Plan Services. Role Description Provides leadership for operations supporting a range of retirement plan products serviced by Everence, including Mennonite Retirement Trust and other ERISA and non-ERISA retirement plans. Responsible for escalated service projects and serving as a liaison with external service providers. Serves as an internal expert on retirement products, advice, and regulation, responding to Everence financial consultants' and clients' service needs. Responsible for internal and external communications regarding retirement plans. - Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for listed products and services. - Serve as the operations liaison between Everence and its key retirement plan service providers. - Maintain appropriate retirement plan operations systems, disciplines, and management reporting tools. - Serve as the operations lead and subject-matter expert for the listed products. - Maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders who support financial services products, particularly with internal legal counsel and senior compliance professionals. - Participate in the development of new products and services as needed. - Build and maintain internal and external communications for retirement plan products.
