Talent Management Consultant

• Serve as the main system administrator for the Cornerstone platform (Learning & Performance) • Set-up user and administrator accounts and maintain appropriate access • Troubleshoot system admin issues and tasks • Troubleshoot data feed issues • Add or edit entities in the system • Test and troubleshoot web-based training (need a basic understanding of SCORM and AICC standards) • Set-up and work with dynamic groups, learning assignments, large scale course deployments, and curricula • Review functionality in new releases and assist clients with new feature enablement and rollout • Create new or update existing performance review tasks, competencies / competency models / competency assessments, development plans, observation checklists • Generate standard reports and create ad-hoc and recurring system reports • Manage and develop learning programs for the LMS • Work with the customer to determine the best tools in the system for delivering training programs and managing mandatory annual training and performance management tasks • Provide recommendations to the client on ways to optimize the platform • Work with the client to standardize, streamline and coordinate business and system processes • Document and clearly communicate business processes to both client stakeholders and internal teams • Serve as liaison between client and technical resources as required; escalate issues through the proper channels and work with escalation point person to achieve issue resolution • Train other administrators on Cornerstone Learning and Performance functionality and system processes • Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements • Create job aids and training guides to assist end-users and administrators • Be a trusted advisor to the client and be engaged on a regular basis to understand client’s needs • Provide updates to clients regarding deliverables
LMS Consultant – 360 Learning, Absorb, Schoox, Docebo

• Be the functional lead for new 360Learning, Absorb, Docebo, or Schoox LMS system implementations and optimization initiatives. • Gather client’s business and technical requirements, translate those requirements to LMS system configurations, lead configuration workshops and training sessions, support client User Acceptance Testing and system deployment. • Review and update system configurations, analyze and implement updates related to new release management, consult on best practices, evaluate and optimize org structure and user account management, enhance reporting. • Provide consulting services for the implementation and optimization of the clients’ Learning Management System (LMS). • Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management, including gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing requirements and current state to propose a future state by aligning client’s requirements to LMS system functionality and workflows. • Provide clients with expert guidance on the features and usage of the products mentioned above. • Act as the lead consultant on a project and be able to implement the product for the client while being the sole consultant on the team. • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and deliverables are clearly organized and consistently met. • Execute system configurations and unit testing. • Lead and conduct virtual or in-person workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics for the LMS. • Provide clients with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs. • Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements. • Assist the client with user acceptance testing and go-live support. • Identify risks and work with the project team to define and execute mitigation measures. • Communicate proactively and professionally with clients through email, virtual meetings, and project collaboration tools. • Establish and communicate realistic timelines for tasks and deliverables, setting clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders. • Track and document project activities accurately, including time worked, status updates, and key milestones.
