Role Description Enterprise Knowledge is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive part-time Research Librarian to join our dynamic team in the management consulting industry. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants and clients by providing access to high-quality information resources and research solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research and a commitment to enhancing business intelligence through effective knowledge management practices. In this position, you will be responsible for: - Conducting comprehensive research to gather relevant data and information for consulting projects. - Curating, managing, and updating the library's information resources and databases. - Developing and implementing effective research strategies tailored to client needs. - Providing research support to project teams, including literature reviews and data analysis. - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of bibliographies and reference lists for projects. - Training and supporting team members in utilizing library resources and research tools. - Collaborating with team members to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions. Qualifications - Master's degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in research methodologies and information literacy. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Familiarity with library management systems and research databases. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
