Role Description Enably is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking to add a Multilingual Customer Success Manager to support continued growth across European markets. This is a remote role for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, helping people get value from software, and working across different markets, languages and customer contexts. - Support customers through onboarding, adoption and ongoing success. - Act as a trusted guide as they set up, run and grow their businesses using the platform. - Help customers feel supported, understood and confident using the platform. - Build relationships, understand customer goals, and manage onboarding properly. - Spot risks, identify opportunities and feed useful insight back into the wider business.
