• Own the day-to-day management of Emora's organic social channels • Schedule and publish content across all platforms • Maintain and manage the social content calendar • Ensure content is optimized for each platform • Coordinate closely with the Director of Creative Marketing on upcoming content and campaigns • Monitor and respond to comments and conversations across all social platforms • Engage with followers in a thoughtful, authentic, and brand-aligned manner • Monitor comments on both organic and paid content • Escalate sensitive mental health, customer support, or clinical conversations to the appropriate internal team • Help foster a positive and supportive online community • Identify social trends, platform shifts, and emerging content opportunities • Bring proactive content ideas and recommendations to the team • Help develop recurring content series and community-building initiatives • Collaborate on content concepts, hooks, and messaging • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant cultural and platform conversations in a brand-safe way • Track engagement and channel performance • Share regular insights and recommendations • Surface content opportunities based on audience behavior and platform trends

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners, including pediatric practices, healthcare systems, and community organizations throughout Texas • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and in-person meetings to drive referrals and admissions • Travel regularly to meet with providers, develop relationships, and represent Emora Health in key local events • Serve as a trusted partner and brand ambassador within the pediatric and broader healthcare community • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and partner satisfaction • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, serving as their primary point of contact • Gather insights from partners and the field to inform service improvements and guide future growth opportunities • Share community-driven feedback with internal teams to help shape and expand Emora Health’s care offerings

• Communicate directly with clients and their families to support client onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care • Partnering closely with our therapists and psychologists to help with seamless coordination of care • Identify new opportunities to enhance client operations and support workflows and supporting the setup of new client engagement strategies • Tracking and reporting operational performance across relevant KPIs, and conducting deep-dive investigations to understand the “why” behind how metrics are performing • Analyzing operational data to identify bottlenecks (e.g. time-to-first-appointment) and launching experiments to improve them. • Supporting the development and implementation of automated scalable processes to improve operational efficiency, and system and data improvements • Working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and clinical teams
