We support ages 5 through 30, focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and related concerns. What You’ll Do - Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families - Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning - Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases - Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools - Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise Your Schedule & Caseload - Minimum of 5 hours/week, with the option to build up to a full caseload - Weekends and evenings are available but never required - You choose the ages, conditions, and session types you want to work with Qualifications - Active independent license in North Carolina (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent) - 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families - Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth - Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions - Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment - Spanish bilingual is a plus How We Support You - Fast onboarding — you can be set up and live within just a few days - Full credentialing with major insurance plans (excluding Medicaid) - Private-pay clients included - Transparent and responsive operational support team - No billing, no insurance paperwork, no chasing claims Our Clinical Culture We believe great care comes from empowered clinicians.
