Role Description This position will support the Embodied Marketing ads team in writing all client copy & supporting with copy related audits and client support. This consists of writing ad copy, funnel copy, emails and conducting audits for all clients on individual roster. The ads team copywriter will have the ability to shift voices for the different clients on their roster and consistently produce highly converting copy for our clients. The copywriter is a key member of each client's Embodied Marketing team and will participate and conduct themselves in a proactive and supportive way, representing all Embodied Marketing values in their day to day work and execution. This person will be immersed in the world of copywriting as well as digital marketing so they are able to drive strategy and content and bring ideas to the table to improve their clients' overall messaging and copy conversion & effectiveness. Responsibilities - Consistently write ad copy that converts for your roster of client accounts. - Understand the strategy and the why behind different types of ad copy (registration, retargeting, application, lead gen, testimonial ads). - Write copy that converts for sales funnels such as opt-in pages, sales pages, and emails on an as needed basis for your client accounts. - Provide landing page and email sequence audits on an as needed basis, providing an audit report to the client of your findings and revisions to follow. - Turn around high quality ad copy tasks quickly. - Turn around thorough, high quality landing page and email sequence quickly. - Turn around high quality “from scratch” or rewritten landing page and email sequence copy quickly. - Thoroughly review new clients' creative direction & angles established by the Creative Manager to ensure high quality initial copy that perfectly aligns with the clients' brand, voice & tone. - Own and support with making sure the client is set up to stand out and convert in all their marketing copy. - Spend time reviewing a client's social media, videos and content to completely nail their voice when writing their copy. - Learn and integrate yourself into your ads team so you can easily write converting copy in your clients' voices. - Clear understanding of the client click through rate for clients on roster and an ability to be data oriented with creative work. - Devote 1 hour per week to researching new, innovative, creative ideas via social media platforms. - Attend & participate weekly meetings with the entire Creative team. - Participate as needed in the Monday ads team meeting with insights, questions and concerns related to the creative team and clients on your roster. - Proactively reach out as needed for collaboration and ideas with the creative team and/or ads team members on your client accounts. - Frequently collaborate with ads managers or the clients if our campaign is not hitting its goals. - Take initiative to jump in and provide suggestions or support on a campaign that is not hitting its goals. - Provide feedback to the creative manager on processes that are inefficient or ineffective. - Track your tasks & work and KPIs related to each every week. - Communicate updates and deadlines on all client accounts with ads managers and relevant team members. Results - Consistently meeting 95%+ of task (copy, audits, etc.) deadlines. - Clients on roster are maintaining a 1% and above link CTR. - Very minimal revisions requested by clients on all work submitted to them. - Zero grammatical errors and oversights in client copy work. - Clear demonstration of new ideas and angles being tested in all client accounts. - Increased client satisfaction, retention and referrals based on consistent high quality copywriting. - Messaging & copy that stands out from other ads being written consistently for our clients. - Collaboration and innovation being shown between the copywriter and ads manager. - Consistent ability to dig deep and take all copy & funnel page audits to the next level. - Collaboration with the graphic designer on an as needed basis to support with headlines and overall copy & creative cohesiveness. - Ability to quickly pivot messaging angles when a campaign isn't converting. - Ability to take client feedback around copy returned to them and get to the bottom of what it is they are looking for. - Internal weekly reports and individual KPIs are updated and submitted to the Creative Manager on a weekly basis. - Cohesive collaboration between creative team members and ads team members due to overcommunication from the copywriter. Requirements - 2+ years of digital marketing copywriting experience with solid examples to showcase. - Experience with digital marketing strategy and therefore has the ability to come up with messaging ideas and angles that will convert. - Specific experience writing ad copy, funnel copy and emails for digital marketing companies. - Specific experience writing marketing materials for clients selling online information products/services. - Ability to do research and ask specific questions to a client so they can get clear on messaging & voice. - Ability to talk & connect with clients and understand their products, messaging and ideal customer. - Ability to write copy and content that connects with audiences on an emotional level. - Ability to work with urgency and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing the quality of copywriting. - Excellent time management & prioritization and ability to manage multiple requests and tasks. - Extremely proactive and eager personality. - Highly organized and process driven. Role Description This position drives Embodied Marketing's premium client acquisition by securing strategic podcast and stage placements for the CEO, booking high-quality guests for the CEO's own podcast, converting inbound interest from our existing audience into qualified sales conversations and offer enrollments, and managing high-touch experiences for top prospects and clients including in-person studio meetings and physical gifting/package campaigns. This role owns the full visibility and inbound conversion ecosystem for the brand. Responsibilities - CEO Podcast Tour & Speaking (Outbound Visibility) - Research and identify 20+ qualified podcasts and stages per month with audiences of $500K-$10M business owners, course creators, agency owners, and ecommerce founders. - Write and send 15-25 customized pitches per week with angles tailored to each show's audience and host. - Manage the full booking pipeline from initial pitch to confirmed recording date including scheduling, prep materials, and host coordination. - Maintain the master placement tracker with pitch sent, response, booking status, recording date, air date, and downstream conversion data. - Identify and apply to relevant speaking opportunities including industry conferences, masterminds, and live events. - Prepare CEO talking points, audience research, and host backgrounder before every recording. - Set up custom landing pages and tracking for each podcast appearance to measure attribution. - Track downstream attribution from each placement (leads generated, applications, sales) and report on ROI by show. - Build and maintain relationships with podcast hosts, producers, and event organizers for repeat placements and referrals. - CEO Podcast Guest Booking (Inbound Audience Growth) - Source and book 2-3 high-quality guests per month for the CEO's podcast. - Target a mix of peer-level operators (60%), subject matter experts (30%), and aspirational figures (10%) based on ICP audience match. - Leverage outbound podcast relationships to negotiate podcast swaps where the CEO appears on the guest's show in return. - Coordinate guest scheduling, recording logistics, prep materials, and post-recording promotion. - Manage in-person guest experiences when guests fly to Austin to record at the studio including travel coordination and hospitality. - Identify guests who may be candidates for VIP Day clients, referral partners, or strategic relationships beyond the podcast. - Coordinate cross-promotion with each guest's audience to maximize episode reach. - Maintain a 90-day rolling guest pipeline so the podcast is never scrambling for content. - Inbound Sales & DM Conversion - Monitor and respond to all inbound DMs across Instagram and other social channels within 4 business hours. - Qualify inbound leads quickly into one of three buckets: Elite/VIP candidate, Scale/Activate fit, or not-fit. - Route Elite/VIP candidates to the CEO or sales process with full context and pre-qualification notes. - Convert qualified Scale and Activate prospects directly via DM and email follow-up using approved sales scripts. - Manage email follow-up sequences for inbound leads who don't convert immediately. - Capture every inbound conversation in the CRM with source, qualification notes, and next steps. - Track and report on inbound DM volume, conversion rates, and revenue attribution by source. - High-Touch Client Experience & Physical Gifting - Coordinate physical packages and gifting campaigns for high-profile prospects, Elite/VIP clients, and key relationships. - Source, design, and assemble branded gifting kits with the CEO's input on contents and presentation. - Manage shipping logistics, tracking, and follow-up for all packages sent. - Coordinate in-person meetings at the Austin office including high-profile prospect visits, VIP Day clients, podcast guests, and key referral partners. - Prepare the office and meeting agenda for visitors including travel coordination, dining recommendations, and personalized touches. - Maintain a relationship management calendar for follow-up gifts, anniversaries, and milestone moments with top clients. - Track ROI on gifting campaigns including downstream conversion to sales, referrals, or testimonials. - Pipeline & Reporting - Maintain a real-time pipeline view of all qualified Elite/VIP conversations in flight. - Provide weekly reports to the CEO on placements booked, placements aired, leads generated, applications received, and revenue attributed. - Identify which podcast placements and which inbound channels produce the highest-quality leads and concentrate effort accordingly. - Coordinate with the marketing team to amplify each podcast placement across email, social, and content channels. Results - CEO is consistently placed on 2-3 high-quality strategic podcasts and stages per month within 90 days of starting. - Inbound DMs from social media and webinar funnels are responded to within 4 business hours, every time. - Qualified Elite/VIP candidates are pre-qualified and routed to the CEO with full context, never raw or cold. - Inbound Scale and Activate sales are closed directly via DM/email at a 15%+ conversion rate from qualified prospects. - Physical gifting campaigns are executed flawlessly with branded, high-quality presentation that reflects the Embodied Marketing brand. - In-person Austin office visits feel premium, personalized, and intentional from arrival to departure. - Pipeline data is current and trustworthy at all times - CEO can pull a real-time view any moment. - Each podcast placement is tracked end-to-end so we know which shows actually produce buyers. - New Elite/VIP signings from podcast placements compound to 2-3 per month by month 4. - Minimal CEO involvement in pitch writing, scheduling, gifting logistics, or routine pipeline management. Qualifications - 3+ years experience in PR, podcast booking, sales, or business development for service-based businesses or personal brands. - Demonstrated track record of successful podcast placements with show audiences of 10K+ listeners, ideally placing executives or founders. - 2+ years of inbound sales experience with proven DM/email conversion in a high-ticket service or coaching environment. - Exceptional written communication - must be able to write pitches, sales DMs, and follow-ups that sound authentic and persuasive. - Strong working knowledge of the agency, course creator, coaching, or marketing services industry. - Comfortable with high-ticket sales conversations ($5K-$15K offers) and able to qualify leads quickly without the CEO's involvement. - Experience coordinating physical gifting, branded experiences, or high-touch hospitality is a strong plus. - Proficient with CRM tools, Asana, Google Drive, and Slack. - Self-directed and proactive - does not require management on routine tasks and brings solutions to problems, not just questions. - Highly organized with the ability to manage 50+ active conversations and pitch threads simultaneously without dropping anything. - Detail-oriented and reliable - placement tracking, pipeline data, gifting logistics, and follow-up cadence are never sloppy or behind. - Comfortable representing the CEO's voice and brand authentically in pitches and inbound conversations. - Thrives in fast-paced environments and treats inbound leads with urgency. - Located in Austin, TX. Role KPIs - Strategic Placements Booked: Minimum 3 confirmed podcast/stage placements booked per month by month 3. - Podcast Guests Booked: Minimum 2-3 quality guests booked per month with a 90-day forward calendar maintained. - Podcast Swap Rate: 30%+ of CEO podcast placements result in a reciprocal guest booking on Embodied podcast. - Inbound DM Response Time: 100% of inbound DMs responded to within 4 business hours. - Qualified Lead Routing: 100% of Elite/VIP candidates pre-qualified and routed to CEO with full context within 24 hours. - Inbound Sales Conversion: 15%+ conversion rate from qualified inbound DM prospects to Scale/Activate sale. - Pipeline Accuracy: CRM and placement tracker updated within 24 hours of any change. - Gifting Campaign Execution: 100% of physical packages shipped within 5 business days of approval and tracked through delivery. - New Elite/VIP from Placements: 2-3 new Elite/VIP signings attributable to podcast/stage placements per month by month 4. Salary Full Time; Starting at $65,000-$70,000/year base + performance bonus on Elite/VIP signings attributed to placements and inbound conversions.

This role ensures that each client strategy moves efficiently from planning to execution by coordinating all required assets, managing team collaboration, and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the onboarding and launch process. The Marketing Coordinator acts as the central project manager for client marketing builds — ensuring all components of the funnel and advertising strategy are completed on time, approved by the client, and launched with excellence.
