• Take responsibility for managing commercial processes within the areas of contract management, service billing, technical asset management and sales. • Focus on budget management, cost controlling, contract management and commercial analysis of the project and asset portfolio. • Work closely with technical teams, sales, the energy sector, accounting and external service providers.
• Portfolio & joint-venture management: Steering and support of portfolio projects with a focus on establishing and further developing joint ventures and strategic partnerships • Business planning & monitoring: Creation, development and ongoing monitoring of business plans, budgets and profitability calculations for portfolios and investments • Performance management: Analysis of the financial performance of individual portfolios as well as development and implementation of measures to improve performance and results • Reporting & analyses: Preparation of management reports, profitability analyses and decision-making documents for executive management and other stakeholders • Project management & coordination: Management of interdisciplinary projects and collaboration with various departments to successfully implement strategic initiatives • Stakeholder management: Acting as the interface between internal teams, joint-venture partners, service providers and other external stakeholders • Process & structure development: Supporting the establishment of efficient structures, processes and control mechanisms within the portfolio area • Strategic initiatives: Contributing to the development of new partnership models, business approaches and growth projects within the EGC Group
