Title: Junior Accountant Location: Germany Berlin Job Description: Full-time Permanent employee The role Our international team is looking for a Junior Accountant (f/m/x) in supporting the financial operations and compliance across our German entities. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, HGB) to ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely reconciliations, and reliable financial reporting. You combine your working knowledge of local tax regulations (e.g., VAT) to ensure correct postings and compliance. In this role you will - Record daily financial transactions including AP, AR, Fixed Assets and Accruals - Perform bank transaction postings and reconciliation includingcompany debit cards - Work closely together with our tax advisor to ensure correct and timely tax payments, such as CIT and VAT - Work closely with the local Accounting Managers to ensure reconciliation of IC balances - Manage cost approval for incoming invoices - Calculate and issue intercompany invoices according to transfer pricing policy - Assist inthemonth-end andyear-end financial close of the German entities according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS in close cooperation withthe Head of Finance - Challenge and improve the processes in your area of work and contribute to the automation and digitalization of our company - Collaborate on accounting/finance projectsas assigned by the Head of Finance Objectives If you are motivated by our mission to fight climate change and are excited by ecoligo’s unique business model, then this opportunity is for you. Title: Junior Project Manager (f/m/x) Location: Vietnam United States Job Description: Vietnam Full-time Permanent employee The role Our international team is looking for a The Project Management, this position will be responsible for coordinating the project team (internal and external parties) as well as be the point of contact for internal team, clients/tenants, landlord, consultants and authority agent for successful delivery of projects. Objectives Pre-project stage: - Receive information from the Director/Project Manager, prepare plans, and conduct surveys and information gathering to develop rooftop solar power projects based on the survey task template, serving the drawing design process and contract signing with customers. - Participate in proposal stages, analyze customer requirements, and assess technical feasibility in accordance with Vietnamese standards and international standards (IEC). Project implementation & control: - Organize site detail survey and discuss with factory owner or EPC to finalize the location of equipment arrangement and grid connection point. - Coordinate with EPC in reviewing technical design and BOQ to ensure compliance with Company requirement. - Work with EPC and the construction site supervision team (Ensure of quality, HSE, schedule and quantity meet). - Join in regular meeting, work with external stakeholder: Factory owner, EVN, firefighting authority… - Make regular report on project cost, schedule, quality, risks. - Suggest to PM for changes approval. EPC contractor management: - Follow up the contract administration, variations and payment claims process. - Ensure scope, quality, schedule…of project consistent with signed EPC contract. - Issue Site instruction/ letter to contractors. Project Closing and Handover: - Make sure the project is satisfied to take over accordingly to law and contract. Organize final inspection with EPC and /or other external authorities. - Manage handover process from EPC to O&M. - Evaluate and assess result of project. During O&M: - Coordinate with O&M team in warranty with EPC/ suppliers and managing complaints from roof owner on problem of the system or factory property. - Coordinate with relevant departments to complete the project documentation. - Report on the progress of assigned tasks to the department manager. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager. Your skills Your Skills: - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical- Electronics/ Civil/ Mechanical Engineering or related majors. - Good at English both speaking and writing. - 3-5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and/or commercial roles, preferably with experience in managing or designing rooftop solar energy projects larger than 1 MWp. - Strong knowledge in Power and/or Solar engineering. - Good communication; Presentation and Project Management skill. - Able to handle issue, solve problem, work with various stake holder and many projects at the same time. - Proficient in software such as MS Office, Project, Power BI, PVSyst, AutoCAD, SketchUp. - Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the field of solar energy in Vietnam.
