Our Direct Support Professional promote the individual growth of program participants in a safe and positive learning environment (either in a program, community, or home-based setting) with a focus on increasing the participant’s options, opportunities, and community integration with daily life in support of our mission to make a positive difference. Depending on the needs of the program and the candidate’s availability, Direct Support Professional are assigned to a facility or in-home based clientele. Our skilled staff will provide you with the training you need to feel comfortable and confident in all aspects of the role. Core Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions - Support participants to achieve the highest level of independence possible in pursuit of their definition of a “good life.” - Provide input and implement the participant’s Individual Plan. - Follow organizational guidelines to promote the participant’s health and safety. - Monitor, respond to and report issues of concern to the Case Coordinator or other supervisor. - Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (toileting, dressing, feeding, etc.) as needed, while respecting the participant’s privacy and confidentiality. - Accurately complete all participant-related data and documentation by the assigned deadline via a web-based platform. - Accurately submit timesheets, leave requests, required credentialing documents, work related training and other required paperwork by the assigned deadline via the Family of Company’s (FoC) web-based platforms. - Attend and participate in department meetings and training as required. - Other duties as assigned. - Assist in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment. - Respond appropriately and immediately to emergencies as defined in the Family of Companies (FoC) Operational procedures. - Report any safety concerns to the Program Manager or other supervisor. - Handle multiple tasks, adhere to deadlines, and process urgent projects while paying attention to detail. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to: - Must be at least 18 years of age. - High School diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or equivalent Knowledge & Skills: - Exercise patience and understanding working with participants of many skill levels and individual needs. - Be culturally respectful while working with an ethnically, linguistically, and economically diverse population. - Communicate effectively (verbally and written), and read, using the primary language within the workplace. - Exercise confidentiality and discretion pertaining to the work environment as required by HIPPA. - Be committed to the values of the organization while demonstrating good judgment, flexibility, and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters. - Operating knowledge of a computer, iPad or tablet, applications and software, standard office equipment and Microsoft (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Must be able to use an iPhone or work cell phone if applicable. - Ability to work comfortably with individuals at all levels within the organization Physical Requirements: - Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, twisting when working with participants. - Responsive to audio and visual cues from participants and their families, other staff members, and the environment - Work calmly during behavioral and health-related incidents. - Use logic and reasoning for anticipating future needs, goals, and events. - Stand or sit for extended periods of time, stand for up to 6-8 hours a day. - Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and loading materials up to and including 50lbs. - Aid during transfers when applicable. Some participants may require the use of a Hoyer lift for transfers. - Frequent driving (to and from office, the community, and participants’ homes) when applicable. - Work at participants’ homes, community settings, and ESH facility, depending on assignment. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT - Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position. - Reliable transportation needed. - (For locations where driving is required) Must have a valid Driver’s License with Insurance, proof of current vehicle registration and safety check; maintain a clean driving record. - Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing based on company policies. Freedom from any communicable disease or medical conditions that would interfere with the physical requirements of this position. - Obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General. - Obtain and maintain current First Aid and CPR certification. - Must attend all required training. • Interpret and operationalize requirements across CMS, Medi-Cal (DHCS), DMHC, and other federal/state regulators. • Support compliance related to managed care contracts, delegated entities, and provider network operations. • Monitor and assess regulatory changes impacting health plans, reimbursement models, and care delivery. • Partner with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure regulatory alignment in contracts and business practices. • Lead compliance oversight for billing, coding, documentation, and reimbursement practices. • Evaluate controls related to claims submission, denials management, and payment integrity. • Identify and mitigate risks related to overpayments, underpayments, and False Claims Act exposure. • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk to align compliance monitoring with audit plans and enterprise risks. • Support compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state privacy laws.

• Designing, implementing, and supporting robust AWS-based infrastructure solutions • Configure and support hybrid networking solutions such as VPN, Direct Connect, private endpoints, and Transit Gateway • Develop, manage, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform • Build and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment • Build and maintain Docker images, including multi-stage builds and compose configurations • Implement and manage monitoring using CloudWatch and Datadog • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis

• Support the design, implementation, and operation of cloud-based infrastructure • Focus on the hands-on delivery, maintenance, and support of AWS environments • Ensure high availability and performance • Implement AWS infrastructure components such as VPCs, subnets, and routing • Assist with hybrid connectivity, high availability, and disaster recovery configurations • Use Terraform to provision and manage infrastructure • Support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments • Work with Docker to build and run containerized applications • Use CloudWatch and Datadog for monitoring and alerting • Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployments and operations

• Partner with SVP of Operations for strategic priorities • Lead cross-functional projects • Design and implement operational processes • Support regulatory and compliance activities

• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, including phone screens, panel interviews, and final rounds • Serve as a central point of contact for recruiting operations, ensuring smooth workflow and communication across stakeholders • Develop and implement outreach and sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates • Screen applications and identify qualified candidates for hiring teams • Assist with job postings and development of job announcements for events and campaigns

• Architect financial and operational infrastructure • Ensure data and insights are accessible to everyone • Drive cross-functional alignment • Lead an integrated portfolio spanning Finance, Business Intelligence, Risk Management, Compliance, Contracting, Quality, Data Infrastructure, Information Systems, and Technology

• Design, develop, and validate machine learning models for prediction, classification, segmentation, and optimization use cases. • Perform feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation. • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from structured and semi-structured data. • Ensure models are interpretable, reproducible, and aligned with business objectives. • Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models. • Deploy models into production environments using batch and real-time inference patterns. • Implement model versioning, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining strategies. • Partner with the Senior Data Engineer to leverage and enhance data pipelines for ML readiness. • Collaborate with the Senior Data Architect to align model development with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.

• Design and maintain the enterprise data architecture vision, blueprint, and roadmap. • Design scalable, secure, and performant data models, data flows, and integration patterns across source systems, data platforms, and consumption layers. • Establish architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for data storage, integration, and consumption across AWS and Azure cloud environments. • Own the design and evolution of Catalight's Snowflake data warehouse architecture. • Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies, tools, and platforms to continuously modernize Catalight's data ecosystem. • Partner closely with the Data Governance Manager to design and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. • Ensure data architecture design supports HIPAA compliance and other applicable healthcare data privacy and security requirements. • Champion a culture of responsible data stewardship across the organization. • Collaborate with data science and analytics stakeholders to ensure high-quality data for AI/ML use cases. • Communicate architectural vision, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines to support business intelligence and AI/ML workloads. • Build and manage ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources into centralized data platforms. • Ensure pipeline reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization. • Manage and maintain data infrastructure on AWS and Azure cloud platforms. • Develop and enforce data quality standards, validation processes, and governance best practices. • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to understand reporting and analytics needs and translate them into scalable data solutions. • Enable and support BI tools (e.g, Tableau) by providing curated data models and optimized access layers. • Collaborate with data science and analytics stakeholders to ensure high-quality, well-structured data is available for model training and evaluation. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and analysts.
