Role Description Earthjustice is seeking a seasoned digital leader to serve as Director of Digital Fundraising & Advocacy. The role sits at the intersection of the organization's Communication and Development teams and is responsible for translating Earthjustice's legal and advocacy work into compelling digital campaigns and strategies that both mobilize supporters and drive revenue. The Director will oversee an integrated program spanning email, SMS, web assets, and advertising. Role Description Earthjustice’s Washington, DC Regional Office is seeking a fall 2026 science intern. We are seeking graduate students who share a passion for justice and a healthy environment. The intern will research various scientific questions to assist Earthjustice’s advocacy work before federal agencies and courts. POSITION SUMMARY In addition to a talented cadre of environmental lawyers and legislative advocates, Earthjustice has an amazing Communications department that works in partnership with every other department at the organization. The Sr. PAC Research Analyst supports the VP, Public Affairs and Communications and the President by developing briefings, conducting research, and providing analytical justification for organizational positioning. They will also support the thought leadership and content deliverables for leadership by conducting and synthesizing research, working across the organization to gather information and synthesizing. They will be responsible for conducting policy briefs for the President and supporting ad hoc projects for communications and donor deliverables. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for developing regular reports and briefing memos, synthesizing research, polling, and message testing to inform decision-making. They collaborate closely with VP of PAC, VP of Policy and Legislation, Litigation VPs, and the President. Through ongoing engagement with coalitions and the broader environmental community, the Senior Analyst will be expected to regularly communicate with partner organizations on the latest reports and research and have strong networks of external stakeholders. We litigate and advocate for a just and equitable transition to clean energy and on behalf of communities disproportionately impacted by environmental harms. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of an attorney, the legal externs will work on legal research to support litigation, case development, and administrative advocacy that could relate to state and federal environmental law, civil procedure, PFAS, lead and water contamination, and climate issues as well as New York's new constitutional environmental right. The legal externs may also have the opportunity to participate in moots of oral arguments, attend court proceedings, and sit in on meetings with opposing counsel and clients.
