• Own and execute a territory growth plan to increase sales volume and market penetration • Drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with company profitability and strategic goals • Manage pricing, deal structure, and account strategies to maintain margin expectations • Forecast sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets • Build, maintain, and actively manage a strong sales pipeline to support sustained growth • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and expand share of wallet with key accounts • Actively prospect and develop new customers, including fleets and industry partners • Deliver a consultative sales approach by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the full sales cycle • Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, engineering, marketing, and operations) to deliver solutions and ensure execution • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements while providing market insights
