• Serve as the primary, day-to-day headquarters contact for key decision-makers within Aramark, Sodexo/Entegra • Develop and implement national strategies to increase sales • Negotiate and manage annual operating plans and promotional calendars • Work closely with the Broker team to ensure accurate execution at local site level • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing
• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and M365 to support sales performance, forecasting, trade spend, and customer insights • Utilize Circana and Nielsen data to find key insights - including weekly reporting and developing content • Utilize customer specific data (Circana Gateways or Retailer specific data portals) to create reporting to support Sales • Build and refine demand forecasts & inventory levels in partnership with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance; identify risks, opportunities, and variance drivers • Support Sales by helping to build offline Customer Financial Planners (Excel) • Analyze customer and channel performance, including pricing, promotions, distribution, and profitability • Manage large datasets from multiple internal and external sources; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity • Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives with scenario modeling and revenue projections • Partner with customer teams to prepare selling stories, category insights, and customer ready materials • Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve reporting efficiency and decision quality • Serve as a subject matter expert on analytical tools, data governance, and best practices

• Build, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and M365 • Leverage UNFI Insights, Crisp, and internal data sources to analyze trends • Integrate Circana and Nielsen syndicated data to provide category context • Lead weekly/monthly business reviews for the UNFI team • Support demand planning by analyzing order patterns and inventory positions • Partner with Sales and Category Management to prepare customer presentations • Manage data integrity across multiple systems • Develop scenario models for annual planning, pricing, trade spend, and channel strategy • Identify process gaps and implement scalable, automated solutions
