• Responsible for producing and reviewing advertising copy of medium to high complexity across diverse areas, ensuring technical excellence, coherence, and strategic alignment with the brand's tone of voice. • Actively develops content for internal and external channels, leading communication projects of medium to high complexity within the team and directly contributing to campaign objectives. • Performs detailed grammatical and advertising proofreading, proposing continuous improvements, expanding ideas internally, and ensuring message consistency and full adherence to the brief. • Takes a leading role in creating new editorial angles and content, with autonomy over their workflow. Supports the creative team by co-owning the monitoring, evaluation, and improvement suggestions for the work of other copywriters, creators, influencers, and other corporate texts. • Interacts strategically with internal departments and stakeholders, being directly responsible for preparing and presenting results reports.
• Create low-to-medium complexity layouts by evaluating briefs and transforming them into highly effective advertising pieces. • Analyze, assess, and resolve issues presented in briefs. • Communicate with clients to understand strategy and propose solutions for their projects. • Act as a guardian of the brand's visual identity in your projects. • Represent your team in alignment meetings and brainstorms. • Provide information required to prepare results presentations. • Ensure deadlines and schedules are met for your tasks. • Ensure an optimal aesthetic standard for executed pieces, introducing improvements and new visual references in execution.
• Manage the CRM by prioritizing generated opportunities. • Call all leads and opportunities in the funnel. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the qualification process. • Conduct proactive outreach via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels to identify qualified leads and convert opportunities into meetings. • Develop and maintain a consistently updated and managed lead pipeline, ensuring meetings take place. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring only qualified opportunities are passed to the sales team. • Understand prospects’ needs and challenges and clearly articulate how our solution can add value. • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales process. • Appropriately use our systems and/or other tools to track activities and maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects. • Stay up to date on trends in the orthodontic aligners industry. • Participate in team activities such as immersion sessions, sales coaching, forecast meetings, process creation and training.
• Lead AI projects and build scalable data products, prioritizing robust Python development and the integration of Machine Learning into the software lifecycle; • Architect and develop new systems, refine existing solutions, and resolve tickets and bug fixes; • Directly deliver artificial intelligence models that are rigorously aligned with business objectives and software engineering standards.
• Apoiar na gestão e execução das jornadas de CRM e réguas de comunicação, elaborando briefings para as mídias de CRM; • Operacionalizar e acompanhar disparos no Salesforce Marketing Cloud, revisando segmentações básicas de base para as ações, apoiando e sendo responsável por formulários e dinâmica de bases de ADS; • Construir e atualizar relatórios de performance (abertura, clique, conversão e engajamento), além de organizar e acompanhar demandas em ferramentas internas e o calendário/grid de comunicações; • Contribuir com análises e visão geral dos clientes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria contínua.
