A background in condo/HOA preferred but not required. Duties & Responsibilities (Including, But Not Limited To): · Responsible for calling leads · Responsible for tracking all leads · Responsible for following-up on all leads · Responsible for updating CMR (software) · Responsible for following up on all submitted proposals and tracking proposals · Assist Director of Sales as needed · Travel is not required at this time · Working Days: 15-24 Hours Per Week Required Knowledge, Skills And Expertise: · Salesforce experience preferred but not required · Must be adept to learn new software and sales program · Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required · Responsible to learn and gain an understanding of our services and the condo/HOA industry.
