Sales Director - OTC Derivative Post Trade Services

Role Description Delta Capita have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our Capital Markets Services team. Our Capital Markets team delivers managed services, technology, and resourcing solutions to capital markets organisations, with relationships and engagements in place with many of the global Investment Banking organisations. We are currently looking to hire an individual to support and drive our Post Trade Services business. This business has a focus on providing resource augmentation solutions to clients across Post Trade. As part of the role, we are looking for someone who can drive new business development, as well as support in growing some of our existing accounts. In addition to resourcing solutions, the role will also have the ability to sell broader managed services and technology solutions to clients, across Post Trade, but also specifically growing our offering across our OTC Managed Services business. Click here to know more about our Post Trade Business: Post Trade The role and responsibilities: - Deliver the Sales Process across our post trade services business - Plan and manage client outreach (Traditional & Digital) - Identify opportunities through cold outreach - Drive client journey through sales funnel - Maintain CRM database from pipeline development to execution - Maintain live client profile map and sales funnel documentation - Client Relationship Management - Build long-term relationships with new clients - Work closely with existing CRM framework, enhancing and developing where possible - Leverage existing engagements through development of detailed understanding of client strategy and organisational structure Qualifications - Experience of working in or with financial institutions with a focus on post trade services - Experience in selling resource augmentation solutions - Knowledge and experience of the sales lifecycle, including RFPs, contracts, proposals and pricing - Proven ability to manage net new business as well as develop existing business opportunities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Commercially driven experience and demonstrable results Requirements - Hunger and strong organizational skills to develop a dynamic people-oriented business - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Accurate reporting skills and attention to detail - Self managed - Energetic, flexible and capable of operating remotely - Responsive to customers business needs and clear focus on maintaining excellent customer service Benefits This is a permanent full-time position located in London. Regional Head of APAC Tech and Service Sales – KYC Onboarding

• Design and execute go-to-market plans for Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) technology solutions across APAC, with a strong focus on KYC • Champion the Delta Capita brand across the region by identifying untapped market gaps for CLM/KYC technology and services, turning cold territories into active opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building • Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline across banks, asset managers, and financial institutions in the region • Hunt for new business by leveraging industry networks, proactively originating leads and driving opportunities from initial conversation through to signed contract • Own end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, and pitch presentations, with senior leadership support where required • Act as a self-starter who thrives on opening doors, taking full ownership of the sales process from early engagement through to deal closure • Engage clients to understand challenges across client onboarding, KYC remediation, regulatory change, and operating model transformation, and position Delta Capita’s CLM technology and managed solutions accordingly • Support the preparation and delivery of commercial proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses, working closely with product, delivery, and solution teams • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to articulate technology-led value propositions, including CLM platforms, workflow automation, data, and integration capabilities • Maintain strong market visibility through client meetings, industry events, and targeted outreach to generate new opportunities and partnerships • Track pipeline activity, client feedback, and market intelligence to inform sales strategy and ongoing market focus
