Requirements Education - Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar fields. Work Experience - 3-5 years working experience in data analysis from complex data sets and systems Competencies - Emerging task management skills with a willingness to support multiple projects - Has excellent communication skills - Able to communicate and work directly with the client and stakeholders. - Has strong programming/coding experience in SQL, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Work you’ll do - Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through offer and hire, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience. - Proactively build diverse and high quality talent pipelines for technical roles using targeted and innovative sourcing strategies. - Maintain a strong focus on time-to-fill, continuously identifying ways to streamline processes and accelerate hiring outcomes. - Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing clear guidance on role scope, market insights, and talent availability. - Confidently manage up by advising stakeholders on hiring locations, role levels, and organizational structures to ensure optimal recruiting outcomes. - Proactively identify and escalate risks or challenges to Talent Acquisition Leadership, offering practical solutions. Requirements - 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, ideally supporting technical or digital roles (e.g., engineering, data, product, cyber, cloud). - Strong interest and proven capability in candidate sourcing, with hands on experience using advanced sourcing techniques and tools. - Experience leveraging modern recruiting methods, including LinkedIn and other online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and partnerships with agencies or headhunters. - Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition fundamentals, including hiring processes, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. - Comfortable working flexible hours to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and recruiting teams across time zones Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
