• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure across GCP and AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and cost efficiency • Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters (deployment, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting) in production environments • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation workflows to support development and release cycles • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (e.g., Terraform) for provisioning and configuration management across cloud environments • Manage device and endpoint policies through Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment • Monitor infrastructure health, performance, and security across cloud and endpoint layers; respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis • Support cloud cost optimization, resource governance, and tagging/organization standards across GCP and AWS • Collaborate with the client's internal IT, security, and DevOps teams to align infrastructure operations with broader organizational policies • Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures • Participate in on-call/operational support rotations as required by the client (clarify with client if applicable)

• Manage, monitor, and maintain network security infrastructure with a focus on Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSwitch/FortiAP as applicable) • Perform day-to-day security operations: firewall policy management, VPN configuration and troubleshooting, traffic analysis, and incident response support • Design, implement, and maintain routing, switching, and network segmentation configurations in coordination with the client's network team • Monitor security events and logs, triage alerts, and escalate/respond to incidents per client protocols • Conduct firewall rule audits, policy optimization, and security posture reviews • Support patching, firmware upgrades, and change management processes for Fortinet devices • Troubleshoot complex network and security issues across LAN/WAN, VPN, and perimeter security layers • Document configurations, standard operating procedures, and incident reports • Collaborate with client stakeholders remotely, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery within the project's operational hours

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using Azure and Databricks technologies. • Architect and implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Azure Synapse Analytics. • Develop high-performance data transformation frameworks using PySpark, Python, and Spark SQL for large-scale distributed data processing. • Optimize SQL queries, Spark jobs, and data workflows to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. • Lead data migration initiatives, including SQL Server migrations and modernization of legacy data platforms. • Implement and maintain Delta Lake architecture, incremental data loading strategies, and enterprise data lake best practices. • Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design robust and scalable data models aligned with business and governance standards. • Monitor and troubleshoot production pipelines, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. • Support CI/CD implementation and infrastructure automation for data engineering workflows. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and technical best practices. • Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, pipeline documentation, and operational runbooks. • Evaluate and recommend modern data engineering tools, frameworks, and optimization strategies.

• Define and lead the technical and architectural vision for our core platform. • Drive AI and machine learning initiatives that power automation, compliance, and data intelligence. • Embed DevSecOps and security-first principles throughout our software delivery lifecycle. • Design scalable, resilient, and cloud-native systems that support our global operations. • Mentor senior engineers, cooperate with Engineering managers, and guide teams toward engineering excellence. • Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, secure, and high-performing solutions.

• Driving technology discussions, solution positioning, and architecture design from initial engagement through to implementation • Translating customer business requirements into integrated technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration into existing environments • Working alongside our internal Sales, PMO, and Engineering teams as well as key partners to support solution design and delivery • Representing Cohesity Professional Services through high-impact customer presentations and executive-level engagements • Keeping current with industry trends and continuously developing expertise in evolving technologies
