• Kontinuierliche Optimierung und Pflege unserer bestehenden webbasierten Anwendungen mit Blick auf Usability und Einheitlichkeit • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Landingpages, Contentseiten und Übersetzungen mit Text & Bild • Testing und Qualitätssicherung von Webinhalten und Produktlaunches • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Produktlaunches im Bereich Content, Projekt- und Produktpflege • Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten, z.B. neue Features, Optimierungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team

• Handling support inquiries from end customers (1st-level support) • Documenting support requests • Logging communication histories • Monitoring open issues (tickets) until final resolution

• Continuously optimize and maintain our existing web-based applications with a focus on usability and consistency • Assist in creating landing pages, content pages and translations, including text and images • Test and perform quality assurance for web content and product launches • Support preparation for product launches, including content, project, and product maintenance • Plan and implement projects (e.g., new features, optimizations) in collaboration with the team
