• Assist the billing team in ensuring accurate billing and timely submission of claims • Perform pre-bill review and ensure proper documentation • Communicate billing-related issues to appropriate departments • Maintain coding precision for maximum reimbursement • Support billing staff in training and ongoing education.
• Define, enhance, and maintain the overall QA strategy and testing standards for the team • Lead testing efforts across multiple features or product areas • Identify and implement improvements to test processes, automation frameworks, and tooling • Advocate for product quality and drive root-cause analysis for high-impact defects • Perform extensive manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes • Execute exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues • Validate complex business rules, workflows, and data scenarios • Develop and execute test cases based on requirements, acceptance criteria, and real user behavior • Reproduce, document, and clearly communicate defects with actionable detail • Architect and expand the Playwright automation framework to support scalable, maintainable test suites • Collaborate with developers to ensure automated tests are reliable and maintainable
• Review/Approve all CSI staff nursing notes • Monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements, and implementation of clinical best practices • Optimize quality of care by reviewing clinical competency, ensure regulatory adherence, prevent adverse events, and promote infection prevention • Communicate with Regional Clinical Supervisors on cancelled/rescheduled nursing visits and ensure appropriate documentation is done • Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care infusions in home.
• Leads the implementation of managed care contracts and develops and maintains systems to effectively disseminate contract information for the assigned region. • Manages the tracking, approval, administration, and post-implementation process of all managed care contracts throughout contract life cycle • Achieve and maintain a full understanding of Medicaid and or Medicare pricing reimbursement and structure for both payers and providers • Responsible for all aspects of managed care and direct revenue contract management including analysis interpretation, implementation, maintenance of the contract’s performance, and payer relations • Responsible for coordination and communication between managed care and other interested party departments and leadership • Responsible for developing new and existing relationships with medical and pharmacy plans to ensure competitive reimbursement rates and contract language attainable through the revenue cycle operations • Oversight of payer credentialing • Will assist with various payer prior authorization, eligibility, protocol, referrals, enrollment, billing issues, and education that relate to contracting • Communicates with respective payers related to trends and compliance with contract parameters • Consistently represents the company in a professional manner • Maintain effective working relationships and cooperate with all personnel in the Company • Adheres to the Company’s compliance requirements as stated in the policy and procedure manual and all other related policies
• Responsible for verifying revenue cycle practices for the specialty pharmacy • Review, analyze, authenticate, and confirm billing accuracy and collection competency • Research and investigate any missing, inaccurate, or conflicting information • Establish and enforce regular audit schedules • Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled compliance audits according to the audit plan
