Role Description The Leasing Consultant is a customer focused sales position responsible for facilitating the leasing process, tracking progress from initial contact through lease generation. This remote role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and requires: - Strong customer engagement - Excellent time management - In-depth product knowledge - Active listening - Tenacity to convert leads to residents The ability to meet key performance indicators for occupancy while providing a positive customer experience is at the forefront of this role. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Administer ongoing leasing program efforts to achieve program objectives as defined by organizational goals. - Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications, and all community policies. - Answer all prospect/lead incoming calls promptly and professionally, identifying needs and providing accurate information. - Engage and advance each prospect, following up until a tour is scheduled and a home is found within the Corvias portfolio. - Effectively convey the benefits of residing in the Corvias community and the services offered, with the goal of generating leases. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of Corvias product, market-ready inventory, promotions/leasing incentives, residential market conditions, and competitor communities. - Guide prospective residents through the leasing process through virtual communication. - Accurately process applications for residency, prepare lease agreements, and collect payments. - Audit and review applicant waitlist daily. - Manage home assignments per standard operating procedures. - Effectively resolve prospective resident concerns and issues. - Contribute to team goals by adhering to standard operating procedures and achieving occupancy goals. - Build and maintain collaborative relationships with leasing and resident on-site team members. - Champion the Corvias culture, mission, vision, and values. - Leverage leasing software to streamline communications and ensure data integrity. - Verify completion of all phases of the leasing application process. - Follow leasing processes and track progress through all phases of the leasing process. - Ensure smooth transition from resident lease signing to move-in inspection. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 2+ years of prior work experience in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality, or customer service. - Active listening skills necessary to remain attuned to prospective renters' needs. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work. - Must be independent and self-motivated. - Detail and process-oriented. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage with diverse backgrounds. - Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs. - Demonstrable proactive approach to problem-solving. - Ability to work in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities. - Customer-focused with empathy for the customer experience. - Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Role Description The Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides operational support for Corvias Property Management, including facilitation of local communication, dissemination of company messages and campaigns, and management and maintenance of the editorial calendar and stakeholder distribution lists. This role will be accountable for curating and managing content across multiple channels while reinforcing a cohesive employee and brand identity. The position works closely with Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure timely, coordinated, and holistic communication activities that support organizational priorities. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter with an eye for strategic content that elevates brand trust and reputation. The ability to think and operate holistically while managing multiple projects and deadlines is essential to supporting department goals. - Manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs. - Support the Corvias Property Management team disseminating company messages and campaigns to internal and external audiences. - Partner closely with Corvias Corporate Marketing & Communications to ensure alignment, coordination, and effective information sharing between teams. - Support the development and deployment of engagement strategies to build culture, including coordinating communications for community-based activities and finding opportunities to aid in driving the culture of the organization. - Coordinate events, collateral materials, etc. that support the goals of program objectives through stakeholder engagement, including employee volunteering. - Manage and maintain stakeholder distribution lists. - Maintain and update the department editorial calendar to support content deployment. - Create and curate compelling content, including writing, updating and publishing material for intranet, reinforcing a cohesive employee and employer brand identity. - Coordinate production of promotional materials. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. - 6+ years of professional communications management experience, including internal and external communications experience, preferably in government or military environments. - Excellent project management skills, ability to ramp up quickly with industry terms and technologies, and the business acumen to succeed. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt and tailor content for diverse audiences and communication needs, aligned to modern digital communication practices. - Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments; proven ability to be proactive while managing multiple and competing priorities and projects in a dynamic environment while being attentive to details. - Demonstrable proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability; willing to seek assistance/guidance when needed. - Demonstrated ability to connect the dots between teams to create value-added opportunities and work cross-functionally to build relationships at all levels inside and outside the organization. - Ability to take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work and achieve results with little oversight. - Must be proactive, independent, self-motivated and possess a positive attitude, operating well in a team environment that is focused on collaboration and accountability. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email campaign tool a plus.
