• Develop long-term technical vision for the team • Design technical strategy to develop components, frameworks and libraries to create seamless applications for our customers • Hands-on development of scalable components and applications • Mentor engineers including senior and junior engineers on their team • Improve and uphold standards for engineering and operational excellence • Create and encourage comprehensive documentation for code, libraries, and components to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team

• Lead the instruction of a “virtual classroom” within a larger program; this program will consist of between 30 and 300 learners (though potentially many more, depending on the program); instruction purview includes: • Conduct lectures during the dates and times indicated above • Prep time: • Experienced LI: 30 minutes of prep per lecture • New LI: 1-hr of prep per lecture • Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to perform class duties well and stay on schedule

• Lead Instructors are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction. • Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content for 100 to 8,000+ diverse learners. • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions and monitor class dynamics. • Collaborate closely with operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery. • Assist in lesson design, development, and improvement.

• Define learning objectives based on client needs, create course outlines, design content and activities that align with learning objectives, and develop slides and instructor guides for live online training programs focusing on data and AI. • Manage content development for programs from inception to completion, defining and meeting objectives and timelines, and setting up mechanisms to track and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders. • Understand and follow clients’ strategic direction and translate client needs to curriculum requirements. • Collaborate with experts and account managers to ensure effective design, development, implementation, and feedback loops, considering different aspects of learning including assessment, delivery, and facilitation. • Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on best practices of online learning design and development and present innovative solutions. • Bring a content and learning perspective to decision making, weighing pros and cons based on the learning experience and desired goals and outcomes for each program. • Provide recommendations for content delivery methods based on learner profile, client goals, and content subject matter. • Develop and grow knowledge of the EdTech and corporate learning landscape.

• Take on deliberately underspecified problems from the co-CEOs and scope your own path to a resolution, rather than waiting to be told what to do. • Own fuzzy, ambiguous asks all the way through to done, without needing to be walked through them. • Build models, tools, and systems that other people at Correlation One come to rely on. • Use AI directly in your own work to move faster and produce better output, not just as a talking point. • Move fluidly between grunt work and senior-room work in the same week, from detailed analysis to sitting in a room full of senior client executives. • Write clearly and directly, bottom line first, in memos, briefs, and updates prepared for the co-CEOs. • Build and maintain a staffing and capacity model across delivery teams to support resourcing decisions. • Provide fast, synchronous context transfer to the co-CEOs, especially in your first two quarters in the role.

• Deliver engaging, effective live sessions (virtual, via Microsoft Teams) covering AI-augmented full-stack development: agentic workflows, spec-driven development, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, governance and compliance in AI-assisted engineering • Adapt delivery based on both evolving content (the underlying engineering platform is being built in parallel) and learner needs — reading the room to calibrate depth for beginners vs. more advanced participants • Review pre-work to understand where the cohort is struggling, then focus live time on the hard parts • Collaborate with SMEs and curriculum designers to stay current on what's being taught and why

• Review learners' AI-assisted code, specs, and governance artifacts — give constructive, specific feedback • Catch where learners are stuck or falling behind and intervene early • Run virtual office hours for Q&A and hands-on help • Evaluate not just "does the code work" but "did the engineer use AI well" — judgment, not just output

Role Description As Program Manager (PM) at Correlation One, you will contribute to the success of our live, online training programs by managing key aspects of program delivery and supporting the Program Operations team in strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in the preparation, launch, and ongoing management of training programs, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is an excellent project and program manager and is able to execute simultaneous competing deadlines and tasks involving multiple stakeholders. This role will support the preparation and launch of Correlation One training programs, including application setup and management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication. Reporting to a Senior Program Manager, this position requires a motivated individual with program management experience. A successful PM is a quick learner with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is able to navigate ambiguity productively and patiently. They have an interest in changing lives through education and a desire to work on larger and/or different programs as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities - Program Management: - Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, handling application setup, client communications, and managing instructional staff hiring processes. - Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing project timelines and ensuring seamless execution. - Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program impact, experience, and scalability. - Facilitate a successful admissions process, which includes application setup and launch, applicant pipeline monitoring and reporting, and marketing initiatives, Q&A sessions, and/or any necessary applicant support to ensure strong enrollment. - Manage the instructional contractor screening, review, and hiring processes for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors. - Manage the live, online training programs (typically 12-20 weeks in length), ensuring learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders engage and benefit from the program. - Monitor learners’ progress in the course while providing support for instructors and other contractual staff. - Ensure stakeholders are fulfilling their role’s responsibilities and course technology is functioning appropriately. - Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to all inquiries in a timely, professional manner. - Admissions Process: - Contribute to a successful admissions process, including application setup, monitoring applicant pipelines, responding to Zendesk inquiries, and participating in marketing initiatives. - Work collaboratively with the Senior Program Manager on Q&A sessions and applicant support to ensure strong enrollment. - Team Leadership and Development: - Manage and provide guidance to a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development. - Provide ongoing feedback, career development, and mentorship to team members. - Client Relationship Management: - Support the Senior Program Manager in cultivating and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring their unique needs are met. - Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to address client concerns and identify opportunities for program enhancements. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with various teams, including Business Operations, Curriculum, Professional Development, Account Management, and others, to ensure coordinated program execution. - Provide input to drive improvements in the overall training program ecosystem. - Strategic Insight and Reporting: - Contribute to the analysis of program performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership. - Assist in reporting on program developments, successes, and challenges, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes. - Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation, driving continuous improvement in program delivery and experience. - Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous programs to enhance overall effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in program management, with at least 1 directly in an educational or training institution. - Experience leading and managing teams, demonstrating autonomy and success. - Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Slack, and Zoom. - Experience with Data analysis, CRM or Salesforce, and other education-related software is a plus. Requirements - While we provide a lot of flexibility as a remote-first organization, and given the general needs of the training operations team, the guide for working hours align to the East Coast (Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM ET). - Given the nature of adult learners, occasional work on Saturdays may be required. Compensatory time off is provided for this work. - Due to upcoming program geography, our strong preference for this Program Manager's location is in the MENA region.
