Overview A fast-paced accounting position with a growing Hospitality Management Company. Accounts Payable responsibilities include invoice processing, data entry, payment processing, reviewing/approving expense reports, reporting, and monthly close for multiple entities. May also include special projects such as general ledger reconciliation, research, and audit responses. Responsibilities - Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sources - GL coding and review, - Data entry - Check printing/payment processing - Statement reconciliation - Reporting - Month-end closing processes - Special AP projects, including, but not limited to: - Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties - Balance sheet reconciliation and research - AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity. Qualifications - High School Graduate - Accounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing - Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal - Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently - Able to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate - Proficient with 10 Key - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook - General Ledger experience preferred - Oracle, HIA, and Craftable experience preferred - Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk Location: Home Office, Englewood, CO. As the People Services Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life by administering and managing the People Services operation for multiple business units. Hotel Polaris is seeking an exceptional Reservations Agent to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the success of Hotel Polaris, an instant icon on the hospitality landscape of Colorado Springs. The Yardi Systems Administrator serves as the primary point of contact and sole administrator for all Yardi platforms, including YardiOne, Yardi Voyager, Procure to Pay (P2P), Elevate, and VendorCafe. This position is responsible for the configuration, functionality, security, and data integrity of each system to ensure seamless operation across accounting, property management, and operations. Oversee project initiation, user management, check processing, vendor onboarding, and invoice workflow automation. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency from procurement through payment. Carry ownership of Yardi system performance, integration, and optimization. Work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency and streamline digital workflows.
