• Lead global business development across the laboratory network • Identify and develop new markets, services, and opportunities • Strengthen cross-regional collaboration and key client relationships • Contribute to strategic growth and market positioning

• Zelfstandig uitvoeren van 25 tot 30 audits per jaar, waarbij je de processen van organisaties monitort op hun CO₂-prestaties. • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering van de audit conform de geldende normen en interne richtlijnen. • Tijdig en helder vastleggen van auditbevindingen in rapportages. • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op rapportages van collega’s. • Indien nodig overleggen met collega's omtrent norminterpretaties en uitvoering van audits. • Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen de sector en de CO₂ Prestatieladder.

• Uitvoeren van audits op het gebied van VCA en ISO 9001. • Objectief toetsen of bedrijven voldoen aan de gestelde eisen. • Rapporteren van bevindingen en vastleggen van auditresultaten. • Bespreken van geconstateerde afwijkingen met de opdrachtgever. • Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van het auditproces.

• Ensure compliance with social and ethical standards within WIETA, SIZA, and SMETA frameworks. • Conduct social audits and assessments. • Provide training where necessary for candidates lacking experience in certain schemes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance compliance processes. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of audits and compliance activities.

• Develop and manage key certification schemes and services in the global forestry and nature management sector • Increase Control Union’s client base while ensuring compliance with certification and accreditation standards • Plan and chair internal and external meetings • Monitor relevant developments and train colleagues • Lead new developments within the Forestry & Land Use business unit • Implement regional strategies aligned with local execution needs and global objectives • Prepare and support tenders and bids at national level • Maintain country-level client and authority relationships • Ensure compliance with procedures in the selection of local subcontractors and suppliers • Implement pricing strategies and monitor margins at national level • Build and maintain high-performance leadership teams • Promote national talent development, diversity and skills-building programs • Conduct capacity planning for workforce availability • Represent national interests in regional discussions
