Role Description Conduit's infrastructure team builds systems and tools to enable the Conduit Platform in a reliable, secure, performant, and cost-effective manner. As a senior member of a small, embedded infra team, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling infrastructure capabilities — and in enabling other engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role where you'll have significant influence over how Conduit's infrastructure evolves. Responsibilities - Embed with engineering teams to drive infrastructure design decisions and help bring new products and services from prototype to production. - Define and build internal tooling and processes to enable teams to deploy, migrate, and operate services more reliably and efficiently. - Own large-scope infrastructure projects end-to-end including service migrations, ingress architecture, and internal orchestration and control plane design. - Lead design and implementation of solutions to improve availability, reliability, and security of Conduit services. - Drive sustainable incident response, on-call practices, and retrospectives with a bias toward automation and systemic fixes over manual toil. - Participate in on-call rotation. Qualifications - 5–7+ years of infrastructure or SRE experience, including hands-on experience scaling production systems. - Genuine curiosity about web3 and interest in understanding the products and systems you're supporting. - Strong foundation in system design, distributed systems, and security best practices. - Experience running large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure (100–1,000+ nodes) on a public cloud (AWS, GCP). - Experience designing and supporting highly available and scalable distributed systems. - Strong debugging skills across the stack — networking, performance, memory, and service behavior. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. Requirements - Own problems end-to-end and are comfortable navigating ambiguity with limited context. - Are always looking to improve systems rather than simply maintain them; you automate the toil and push toward better reliability, cost, and developer experience. - Can embed with a product team, understand their context quickly, and help them move faster without sacrificing stability. - Like problem solving in a dynamic, collaborative environment with modern cloud tooling. Role Description As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a highly organized and operationally-minded Business Operations Associate to support our GTM, Finance, and People functions. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role designed to alleviate operational bottlenecks across the company. You’ll work closely with our Head of GTM & CEO to own critical internal workflows—from revenue operations and CRM hygiene to accounts receivable and company logistics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in handling the details that keep a fast-moving company running smoothly. You’ll have the opportunity to build and refine internal processes while gaining exposure across sales, finance, and operations. Responsibilities - Take ownership of critical day-to-day operational tasks including accounts receivable follow-ups, accounts payable processing, and internal financial coordination. - Maintain and improve CRM data quality, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and usability. Support forecasting and dashboarding efforts across GTM and leadership. - Conduct initial reviews of company spend, including employee credit card transactions, flagging anomalies and supporting leadership in maintaining financial discipline. - Partner with GTM, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure smooth coordination across deals, invoicing, and customer follow-ups. - Manage company logistics including event bookings, conference coordination, and offsite planning (travel, accommodations, scheduling). - Handle operational aspects of onboarding and internal processes, including documentation, welcome logistics, and maintaining organized internal systems (e.g., data rooms). - Use modern tools (including AI workflows) to streamline repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency across functions. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in operations, business operations, revenue operations, finance, or similar roles at a startup or high-growth company. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of loosely defined problems. - Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot) and maintaining data hygiene. - Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams. - Proactive and execution-oriented—you identify gaps and fix them without needing heavy direction. Nice to have - Experience with revenue operations, forecasting, or building dashboards. - Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (accounts receivable/payable, expense tracking). - Experience supporting company events, offsites, or travel logistics. - Experience working with outsourced accounting or finance teams. - Comfort using AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency. - Interest in crypto/Web3 and the broader ecosystem. • Design, build, and extend Reth-based execution clients for Conduit and our customers • Contribute meaningfully to the Reth codebase and ecosystem (PRs, SDKs, libraries). • Own customization projects to adapt Reth for different customer use cases, including integrations with our internal cloud infrastructure and other execution-layer tooling. • Build production-grade developer tooling for teams deploying and operating Reth-based infrastructure. • Debug and optimize performance, memory, and networking issues in Rust-based distributed systems. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to align on architecture, APIs, and long-term strategy. • Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers, across multiple infrastructure layers. • Partner with Engineering to escalate and resolve bugs, outages, or unexpected behavior in production. • Proactively monitor and flag potential issues before they impact customers. • Respond to urgent situations with clarity, empathy, and a methodical approach. • Improve our runbooks, tooling, and documentation to make support more efficient and scalable. • Feed insights from customer issues back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap and UX improvements.
