• Develops full design packages for new stores, relocations & expansions which meet building codes, by-laws & health & safety. Including schematic drawings, plans, elevations, RCP’s, section details and millwork packages. • Collaborates and directs external consultants on design intent, deadline deliverable and milestone management, ensuring acquisition of all permits and approvals within timelines. • Plan checks and redlines drawing sets with Construction PM to ensure all design intent and detail has been captured by external consultants. • Produces fixture package for Millwork Vendors. • Works closely with partner Architects and Contractors on troubleshooting, answering questions and making preferred recommendations. • Budget/capex understanding and oversight for any projects requiring construction or furniture fit out needs. • Prepares presentations and 3D models for the internal approval process, appraisals and project signoff by senior leadership team. • Designs fixture mockups for R&D as well as supporting product/range roll out needs. • Procures materials and goods for hands-on R&D Projects.

• In collaboration with the SSP Project Manager team, Oversee and project manage SSP team (Design, VM and Construction) workflow and resources for all projects from start to finish ensuring effective deadlines and capacity management for seamless collaboration. • Successfully maintain the workflow process tools for the SSP team, enhancing structure, planning and transparency for all projects. Including the training of all tools for SSP team members • Implement Sprint and squad team projects for SSP ensuring both the effectiveness of this and the founding principles. • Collaborate with other teams to integrate workflows, handle specific requests, and prioritize multiple SSP tasks. • Creation & management of spreadsheets, project costing templates, folders and team documents in collaboration with the Global SSP PM team • Document projects, maintain a collaborative calendar, and promptly resolve any issues. • Along with the leadership team prioritize relationship strengthening with Retail and key departments for improved working practices. • Proactively participate and collaborate in strategy planning meetings with the leadership team to ensure successful planning, resourcing and execution of projects. • Undertake regular check-ins with team members as it pertains to workload and capacity, projects are allocated effectively and deadlines are being maintained. • Partner with SSP leaders to identify development and growth opportunities and find solutions while implementing strategy direction. • Continuously assess and improve SSP team processes and tools, driving efficiency and effectiveness. • Complete SSP team Admin as needed • Shared management and leading of various team meetings.

• Support candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a fair, unbiased, positive experience and adherence to Lush’s diversity and equity practices. • Conduct intake meetings and help determine interview steps and interview panels for each Shop Manager and retail support role • Coordinate job postings on appropriate channels internally and externally to build candidate pipeline, connect with community partners, universities, and colleges • Partner with retail leadership team to ideate, create and deliver best in class training content specific to the recruitment life cycle • Support hiring managers where needed in the sourcing and shortlisting of open positions and determine relevance of experience to position criteria • Conduct specific headhunting, foot recruiting and online searches where needed for hard to fill management and retail support positions • Partner with Retailer group to plan, coordinate and deliver market visits specific to TA focused training - both onsite and remotely • Conduct interviews as needed to further determine appropriate culture add of candidates • Build and maintain hiring program content, processes and workflows that support each market’s unique business needs • Organize interview steps, schedule interviews and ensure each candidate is set up for success at every interview step • Complete reference checks, create offers and support the onboarding of new employees • Partner with broader Talent Acquisition teams to ensure consistency and alignment between business units with regards to the entire recruitment lifecycle

• Providing support to the North American SSP and Construction team including; • Leading the project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance and timeliness of new shop construction, refits and refreshes, closures and store maintenance of existing shop locations. • Effectively managing Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex forecast. • Ensuring project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with the Retailers, SSP, Real Estate leasing and finance. • Staying informed of industry best practices of global retail construction process and project support. Bringing alignment to working practices. • Maintaining and developing project status/capex reports. • Assisting the retail team to accurately interpret construction information impacting the business. • Providing hands on assistance and installation where necessary during new shop openings, refits and refreshes, and closures. • Continually improving support to retail business by assessing needs and providing forward looking insight. • Streamlining reporting processes to meet needs of both external and internal users. • Providing project-specific assistance to the Retailers, all retail store teams, Shop and Space Planning Team, Property/Leasing, and Finance. • Maintaining up to date knowledge in products, design methods and merchandising for sales, providing practical support and having awareness of the details to deliver the best customer service and drive sales. • Partnering with SSP designers to deliver awe inspiring projects. • Delivering the best customer service experience. • May perform other duties as required.

• Conduct legal research to identify legal and regulatory issues and prepare legal analysis; • Monitor federal, state regulations, and court decisions with an eye on potential impact to existing policies and practices; • Work under attorney’s supervision to prepare agreements and contracts; • Assist with proofreading, reviewing, and organizing contracts and other legal documents; • Create and update legal template documents and legal trackers; • Support compliance initiatives by providing feedback on any potential legal risks; • Collaborate across teams to address legal questions related to projects and operations.

• Managing the North America Retail maintenance function across all shops, including oversight on direction, strategy, supporting workload, feedback, reviews, development, and creating and managing budgets. • Effectively managing and developing the Repairs and Maintenance team (2) to ensure they meet the needs of the business and are effective in their work • Project managing maintenance project works in shops across North America. • Managing Tenders; FM providers to larger works in shops. • Overseeing external management systems, ensuring reactive calls are logged and planned maintenance is booked and organized within service level agreements across shops. • Targeting large monetary savings in yearly contracts and reactive vs planned costs. • Work closely with Finance on forecasting and budgeting for North America Retail shops. • Managing appraisal submission for maintenance CapEx works required / improvements. • Supporting the Sustainability team in using our 3rd party remote Energy Management System with monitoring and diagnostics, where applicable. • Main point of escalation for any issues with vendors and contractors. • Quarterly contractor reviews to assess quality of work, share feedback and review performance. • Contractor management; ensuring insurances, policies and standards align with company requirements and ethical standards. • Reviewing Risk and Method Statements and supporting permits to work for contractors where required. • Collaborating with other teams to source sundries / store design items as needed and in accordance with Lush’s ethical purchasing standards. • Supporting larger shops and flagship locations with additional maintenance requirements and support to local teams handling day-to-day maintenance. • Visiting shops and buildings across North America to carry out maintenance checks and provide support. • Continuously supporting and guiding shops, buildings and and support teams, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Supporting core Lush sustainability goals through collaboration with the Earthcare team, including working to reduce energy and water waste, improve efficiency, decarbonize operations and support regenerative and circular materials systems.
