• Design and implement customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) • Develop and configure Journey Maps for personalized customer engagement • Build and customize email/content using AJO HTML templates • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into journey workflows • Perform QA and testing of journeys, campaigns, and personalization logic • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in journey execution and delivery • Optimize journeys for performance, conversion, and customer experience • Ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across Adobe Experience Platform components

• Design, build, test, and support Epic Bridges interfaces • Work with HL7 v2 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT, etc.) • Monitor interface queues and troubleshoot integration issues • Collaborate with clinical, IT, and vendor teams • Support testing, upgrades, go-lives, and system enhancements • Maintain interface documentation and ensure data accuracy

• Support Epic implementation, configuration, and maintenance for clinical applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze clinical workflows and optimize system functionality • Provide expertise in Epic tools, including Clinical Case Management, Rover, MyChart Bedside, Behavioral Health, and Epic Monitor • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing workflows • Conduct system troubleshooting, integration, and security assessments • Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and quality assurance processes • Manage project timelines, financial resources, and stakeholder expectations • Provide technical training and documentation to end-users
