• You will work in a team of experienced consultants and support our customers and partners in implementing innovative integration projects. • Together with company management, you shape pre-sales engagements and prepare tailored Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for prospective clients. • You take responsibility for demanding projects, manage them agilely, and drive them to success — continuously developing your skills in the process. • You contribute innovative ideas and work with the team on current technologies and trends to stay up to date. • You identify customers' needs and challenges and, together with them and your team, develop creative, future-oriented solutions based on the current technology stack.

• You will work as a Senior Java Software Engineer in consulting on interesting and challenging client projects • You will develop and take ownership of Java-based applications with Spring Boot, from architecture through to production operation • You will work with modern, clearly structured architectures • You are hands-on in the code and take responsibility for quality, maintainability, and stability • You will actively contribute to technical decisions and explain them clearly — internally and to clients • You will be deployed independently or together with colleagues on client projects and serve as a competent point of contact • You will work closely with other consultants, developers, and architects • Depending on the project, you may occasionally be on-site at the client; the majority of work is remote

• Central interface between the business unit and IT to coordinate technical requirements. • Evaluation of technical and functional requirements. • Development of solutions through data and process modeling. • Creation of specifications using various modeling techniques. • Support for the development team throughout the entire development process. • Support in setting up and continuously developing the Business Analyst team. • Contribution to the development of tailored solutions for sales.
