Role Description We’re looking for a highly motivated Strategic Account Executive to help grow and retain key commercial accounts by delivering consultative fiber and connectivity solutions that solve real business challenges. As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within assigned commercial and strategic customer accounts. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic business accounts throughout assigned markets. - Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within customer organizations. - Identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities across the company’s portfolio of fiber and technology solutions. - Conduct customer meetings and business reviews to understand goals, challenges, and future business needs. - Present customized solutions, pricing, and proposals that align with customer objectives. - Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Operations, Billing, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. - Proactively resolve customer concerns and coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and customer documentation within Salesforce or CRM platforms. - Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive market activity. - Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and retention goals. Qualifications - 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or strategic sales experience, preferably within telecommunications, fiber, technology, or managed services. - Proven track record of growing revenue and managing customer relationships. - Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned markets as needed. Requirements - Experience selling fiber-optic, Ethernet, VoIP, SD-WAN, cloud, or managed technology solutions. - Familiarity with enterprise, municipal, healthcare, education, or multi-site commercial customers. - Knowledge of fiber technologies including GPON, XGS-PON, and enterprise connectivity solutions. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Description This position is remote, but preference will be given to those in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. The Customer Loyalty Specialist is responsible for providing solutions to retain customers through a consultative call process. The position takes full ownership of the customer experience by right-sizing Clearwave Fiber’s customer’s services and products as well as solving service and billing related issues. Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists with meeting and exceeding focused retention goals and objectives. - Acts as a liaison between internal teams to ensure customer needs are being met, coordinating amongst implementation, sales, marketing, finance, and product teams. - Utilizes soft skills to communicate solutions confidently and accurately with customers. - Assists with updating and tracking all order activities. - Retains revenue by offering value added products to customers. - Solves complex billing and service issues on behalf of Clearwave Fiber customers. - Follows the retention and sales call processes. - Dispositions interactions for retention and sales accurately. - Looks for revenue growth opportunities within existing customer base. - Serves as a primary backup to Residential Inside Sales and Customer Service as needed. - Demonstrates practical and efficient working knowledge of all the products and services in Clearwave Fiber’s Residential Product Portfolio. - Makes follow-up calls to ensure positive customer interactions. - Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
