Role Description The Mortgage Loan Processor III is responsible for processing home equity line of credit's, purchase, and refinance transactions. They will examine and evaluate approval of client applications and will be responsible for ensuring loans close in a timely basis. Must be in good standing under "The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008" (Safe Act) and must be registered/licensed with the "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry"; or must be able to be registered under the Safe Act. Must remain in good standing under the Safe Act. Responsibilities - Review loan approvals to determine what documents are required to move to closing. - Communicate and respond to internal customers within 2 hours. - Utilize pipeline reports to effectively manage and prioritize daily workflow. - Ensure all loans are reviewed at least every 3 days. - Effectively manage an individual pipeline of 30-50 loans. - Maintain current knowledge of CNB guidelines and loan programs. - Meet and exceed monthly funding goals as set forth by management. - Other duties as/or assigned by management. MANAGER INTERNATIONAL TRADE SERVICES WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? Responsible for planning, controlling and directing an operational function and its staff. This position relies on Operations Supervisor or Operations Officer to oversee the day to day activities of the department, so its focus can be on the long-term, more strategic activities of the department and its function. Responsible for all projects assigned to operational department, compliance related activities and serves as subject matter expert and liaison on cross-functional task forces and project teams. The Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Supervisor will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive business continuity (BC) and operational resilience (OR) programs to ensure compliance with FFIEC guidelines and safeguard the organization's critical operations.
