Chevron Belgium is currently looking for a Business Development Manager – International Lubricants Sales to support growth across Central Asia, with a strong focus on Industrial and Mining sectors. About the Role As part of the Global Lubricants organization, you will play a critical role in delivering profitable and sustainable growth across Central Asia markets. You will operate within a hybrid commercial model, leading distributor-driven expansion while selectively developing direct strategic opportunities—particularly in mining applications. This role requires a combination of commercial leadership, technical credibility, and strategic execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Reporting to the Business Services Superintendent, this role will be based in Perth. The role will be accountable to manage the JD Edwards (JDE) CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) on behalf of the Australian Business Unit (ABU). The CMMS (also known as EAM - Enterprise Asset Management), is the primary business system used by Operations and Maintenance and has multiple interfaces with key stakeholders such as Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Finance, ABU IS, Major Capital Projects (MCPs), Base Business, ITSD and other Global Upstream and Gas Strategic Business Units. The system is built and governed by ABU Facilities Engineering - Maintenance & Reliability, who own the inputs/outputs to/from the CMMS. The work requires flexibility to work beyond normal Australia business hours. Key responsibilities include: Accountable for providing ongoing direction, oversight & support to the ENGINE CMMS team who will be responsible for actions relating to: - CMMS Ownership (Product/Information Owner) - CMMS Incident/Enhancement Lifecyle Management - CMMS Global/Local Configuration - CMMS Data Governance/Add Change Delete (ACD) - CMMS Data Analysis/Integrity - CMMS Global Model, SERIP/FIRM & Base Business (BB) Processes Compliance - CMMS Process Maintenance - CMMS Training/Support - CMMS Digital Core (DC) Support (Transition from JDE to SAP S/4 HANA) This role requires an individual with strong Maintenance (Business) & IT (Technical) experience and understanding. The individual is required to interact with all levels of the organisation and be able to influence across multiple disciplines. The role must understand business needs and be able to translate these requirements to technical teams for implementation into the CMMS, providing direction & support across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
