• Responsible for managing, following up and executing the project according to the internal and external requirements of the company, completing the QA, factory review and field test of BESS project as requested within the specified time. • Communicate with account manager in a timely and effective manner, including but not limited to answering technical questions, providing professional advice, etc. • Self-study for new standards and knowledge, and share experience, standards and technical information with colleagues. • Complete other tasks assigned by department leader.
Sales Support Specialist

• Acknowledgment of Business Development requests • Create ID # in the Proposal ID tracker for all proposals • Manage the execution of client contracts/agreements • Record and maintain client contract documentation such as NDAs, MSAs, Work Orders, etc. • Coordinate and lead hand-off meetings with the execution team for each project/deal • Support Business Development to ensure that the CRM database is reviewed regularly • Create project code in the ERP system (Deltek) • Understand project profitability estimation • Collaborate with the Project Management team to resolve billing terms and invoicing discrepancies • Trigger deposit invoices, manage invoice follow-ups • Coordinate with finance regarding invoice follow-ups • Create an archive of project/company references for RFP responses • Manage the Vendor Registration process and Certificate of Insurance • Create and Maintain High-Value Customer PPTs for Business Development • Manage 3rd Party Lab Work paperwork • Manage onboarding and training support for new team members • Work collaboratively as a commercial team member to meet sales goals • Manage Support routine and ad-hoc Business Development activities
