• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads • Identify and target key decision-makers within US-based companies • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team • Utilize tools (e.g., Apollo, CRM systems) to source and manage leads • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Classic ASP, JavaScript/jQuery, MS SQL Server, .NET 6 and above, Open API, and AWS. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects. • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications. • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, including the CEO and Directors.

• Develop and maintain a scalable, high-performance backend using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and MySQL • Design and implement systems for personalized content such as feeds, recommendations, and timelines • Build and optimize scalable APIs to support growing user demand • Collaborate closely with frontend, design, and data teams to deliver features end-to-end • Improve system architecture, caching strategies, and data integrations • Contribute to technical decisions around scalability, performance, and the future growth of the platform • Ensure backend systems are reliable, maintainable, and optimized for production environments
