• Support the planning and execution of change management and communication strategies and activities in SAP projects (implementation, rollout, upgrade). • Assist in and lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations. • Create and maintain project documentation, including communication plans, training materials, and change tracking reports. • Help develop and deliver communications, presentations, and learning materials. • Coordinate and conduct meetings, workshops, and training sessions with stakeholders and project team members. • Support the creation of metrics and reporting tools to monitor adoption and engagement. • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and toolkits at cbs globally.

• The Senior SAP SD/CS Consultant works on complete life cycle SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, transformations and roll-out projects • Take responsibility for process, functional and technical design in SAP projects for SAP module SD and Customer Service (CS) • Conduct top-down workshops to advise and direct our clients on their needs • Support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions • Coach and mentor less experienced SAP SD Consultants • Drive end-to-end rollout activities within the America region

• Drive sales and business development activities within the SAP IS-U (Utilities) space • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new clients • Support and lead pre-sales activities, including solution positioning, proposals, and client presentations • Build and maintain strong relationships within the SAP IS-U network (clients, partners, SAP ecosystem) • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums • Lead the design and architecture of SAP IS-U solutions, ensuring alignment with client business requirements • Provide guidance on best practices, industry standards, and SAP roadmap (S/4HANA Utilities, cloud, etc.) • Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable SAP IS-U solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations and end-to-end solution design • Act as Project Manager or Solution Architect on SAP IS-U implementations and transformation programs • Lead and coordinate project teams, including functional and technical consultants • Ensure delivery excellence across scope, timeline, quality, and budget • Manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle • Actively network within the SAP IS-U community, including customers, partners, and SAP representatives • Build long-term client relationships and support account growth • Collaborate with internal leadership on strategy, delivery, and market positioning

• Design and support of the end-to-end implementation and global rollouts of SAP GTS, including blueprinting, customizing, testing, and user training. • Process analysis and functionality comparison (GTS 11 to GTSe4H, implementation strategy, guidance regarding conversion approach, project management.) • Analyze clients' global trade processes and recommend enhancements to streamline compliance, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and resolve issues related to SAP GTS functionality. • Develop comprehensive documentation, user manuals, and training materials for end-users. • Develop and maintain the GTS knowledge management. • Contribute to the growth of knowledge and expertise including mentorship of less experienced consultants.

• Lead and drive end-to-end SAP integration projects using SAP Integration Suite, including system landscape design and solution governance. • Provide expert guidance to consultants and developers in building integration scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements. • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP integration best practices, tools, methodologies, and architecture frameworks. • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and ensure performance tuning, reliability, and optimization of SAP interfaces. • Conduct system analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and automation. • Stay ahead of SAP’s integration technology roadmap and propose innovative solutions for client challenges. • Participate in pre-sales, solution proposals, and scoping efforts, contributing deep technical knowledge and strategic insight. • Serve as a mentor and thought leader within the SAP practice, supporting capability development and internal knowledge sharing.
