• Serve as a marketing partner for assigned Carisk solutions, supporting messaging, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives. • Develop a strong understanding of each solution’s capabilities, audience, and competitive landscape. • Collaborate with product leaders, clinical subject matter experts, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities. • Help translate complex clinical and operational concepts into clear, differentiated messaging. • Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing, sales, and conference materials. • Develop high-quality marketing and client-facing materials, including: Client presentations and stewardship decks, Sales presentations and strategic account materials, Case studies and solution one-pagers, Website and landing page content, Email campaigns and digital assets. • Partner with internal creative and digital teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Manage content timelines and coordinate cross-functional input to ensure materials are accurate and delivered on schedule. • Support sales and account teams with tailored presentations and materials that communicate Carisk’s value to clients and prospects. • Track performance of marketing campaigns and content to identify opportunities for improvement. • Manage Carisk’s promotional marketing inventory, including branded materials, giveaways, signage, and event assets. • Track inventory levels, coordinate ordering and replenishment, and maintain visibility into quantities, locations, and usage. • Support planning and preparation for major industry conferences and events by ensuring marketing materials, collateral, and promotional assets are ready and aligned with event goals. • Coordinate shipping logistics, asset allocation, and post-event reconciliation of materials. • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to ensure conference messaging and materials align with solution priorities and business development objectives. • Work with vendors, procurement, and finance to manage production timelines, purchase orders, and invoices.
Role Overview As a Workers' Compensation Care Coordinator, your responsibility is to ensure that the patient is receiving quality care that is appropriate, necessary and in alignment with the Care Coordination Plan designed specifically to meet the needs of each patient. In doing so, you will also anticipate the patient's future medical and behavioral health needs and aid in ensuring the proper mechanisms are put in place to meet maximum rehabilitation in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible. You will also assist in the development and presentation of Care Coordination Plans, working closely with Carisk’s experienced and strengths-based medical and behavioral health clinical team. Role Responsibilities - Assesses and analyzes the injured worker's medical, behavioral and/or vocational status, utilizing Carisk’s patient-centered, strengths-based biopsychosocial approach. - Assists in developing a Care Coordination plan to help the patient achieve maximum functional improvement. - Engages with the patient, current and potential providers as well as vocational and social support systems and other stakeholders externally. - Engages with Carisk’s Clinical, Quality, Provider Relations and other teams internally. - Manages a patient’s progress towards the desired outcomes via a customer facing monthly progress report. - Arranges referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, and confers with other specialists regarding course of care and treatment. - Accurately reports all cases, activity and hours associated in accordance with customer-specific guidelines and consistent with Carisk documentation practices. - Attends all meetings and conference calls as requested by Carisk Clinical and Administrative teams. - Maintains any required credentials and adheres to all codes of ethics required by these credentials. - Performs various professional duties as assigned by management. • Reviewing and managing Medical and Dental claims to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Contacting clients, employers, and other relevant parties to collect outstanding payments. • Maintaining detailed records of all communications and transactions related to claims, payments, and applicable information. • Preparing regular reports on the status of collections and outstanding claims. • Educating customers on the billing process and procedures to prevent delinquency recurring. • Responding to incoming finance calls and email inquiries from clients and providers and communicating with outside customers regarding billing issues. • Opening and sorting incoming mail to ensure timely processing and distribution. • Performing all other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Role Overview The Provider Relations Specialist serves as a key liaison between Carisk Partners and the provider community, helping to expand and strengthen our provider network to support injured workers. Carisk Partners operates within the Workers’ Compensation industry and encompasses multiple divisions, including HeadsUp Healthcare and Carisk Outcomes. This role primarily supports the HeadsUp Healthcare division by identifying, sourcing, and contracting with behavioral health providers - both individual clinicians and group practices – to ensure injured workers have timely access to high-quality care. As the main point of contact for providers, the Provider Relations Specialist will foster lasting relationships through clear communication, education, and ongoing support. When needed, the Provider Relations Specialist will also support Carisk Outcomes by coordinating with a broader range of healthcare providers involved in the injured worker’s care, including both physical health and behavioral health providers. This role is key to the day-to-day management and growth of our provider network, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, contracting, retention, education, issue resolution, and the cultivation of strong provider relationships. Role Responsibilities - Manage assigned provider sourcing requests, ensuring providers align with the client expectations, and meet injured worker’s clinical, geographic, and logistical needs. - Conduct thorough research using available tools to identify, evaluate, and engage appropriate behavioral health providers. - Lead contracting and negotiation efforts with providers, including the preparation and execution of agreements and amendments, in alignment with company standards. - Consistently meet or exceed recruitment goals within established timelines to support the timely delivery of care for injured workers. - Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders, including sourcing status reports and escalation of any issues that may delay access to care. - Identify gaps in the provider network based on geography or specialty and proactively recruit new providers to address those needs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, clearly communicating operational procedures, referral processes and expectations, while reinforcing the value of partnering with HeadsUp Healthcare and, when applicable, Carisk Outcomes. - Address provider concerns and complaints by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution. - Act as a liaison between providers and internal departments, including Billing, Scheduling, Care Management, and Sales/Marketing, to support seamless operations. - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with providers to support engagement, retention, and compliance. - This job description outlines the core responsibilities and expectations for the role, but is not all-inclusive. Role Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business or related field (equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of a degree). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider recruitment, contracting, and negotiation. - Solid understanding of managed care principles and reimbursement methodologies. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and set clear priorities. - Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships within the provider community. - Collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop positive working relationships across departments. - Highly organized and customer-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage and influence providers. - Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience delivering formal presentations is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Experience in Workers’ Compensation and/or behavioral health is preferred. - Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license is preferred. - Willingness to travel within assigned geographic territory, as needed. Role Overview Target Workers Compensation Carriers/TPA’s and Self Insureds. Selling the HeadsUp services/dental, hearing, vision, and Behavioral Health. Role Responsibilities Developing new customer acquisition as well as servicing existing national customers (contracted).
