Role Description CareScout is looking for a self-motivated, multitasking, experienced Administrative Assistant. This role will provide high-level support to two executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. A quick thinker, your flexibility and adaptability are key to constantly changing demands and priorities. You are resourceful and autonomous when taking on new tasks and projects relying on problem-solving skills to make it all work. What You Will Be Doing - Proactively manage communication and information flow to internal and external audiences. - Understand leadership team priorities and accordingly schedule, maintain, and coordinate calendar of on-site and virtual appointments, meetings, and related arrangements. - Ensure complex and frequent travel arrangements, including expense reconciliation for the leadership team are managed timely and accurately. - Independently manage and coordinate multiple assigned projects, activities, dates, resources, and dependencies according to priorities and deadlines; set/reset expectations as appropriate. - Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as requested. - Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion. - Serve as a key liaison between leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. - Anticipate executive needs and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and operational rigor. - Serve as a liaison internally and externally regarding administrative issues; manage relationships with an understanding of audiences and cultivate and maintain solid relationships. - Creatively harness technology to streamline activities and effectively deliver responsibilities. - Format and manage strategic work product preparation, including presentations, using MS Office Suite. - Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services as needed for meetings and conferences. - Manage other special projects and assignments, as needed. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our growing data and machine learning organization and help build the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that power our analytics, machine learning, and operational data needs. In this role, you will work closely with analysts, data scientists, ML/AI engineers, and product teams to design and deliver reliable, scalable data workflows on our Databricks Lakehouse platform. A successful candidate has strong engineering fundamentals, deep knowledge of modern data architectures, and experience transforming complex datasets into high-quality, well-modeled information that drives business impact. Role Description The position of Associate Claims Clinical Specialist plays a leading role in the insured or member’s assessment process. We provide services to a variety of clients, all that require your deep knowledge of long-term care needs of an aging or chronically ill population. You will be part of a remote team of clinicians that spends their days reviewing clinical assessments completed by field assessors and writing Plans of Care for Long Term Care Insurance and other government sponsored insurance plans. Some days will be spent reaching out to claimants or members, their families, or facilities to discuss updates to their health and develop a plan of care. This position uses your eldercare expertise and excellent communication skills to assure that the company serves our clients with the highest degree of quality, respect, and customer service. The successful candidate must be caring and empathetic with claimants, members, and their families. - Reviewing clinical assessments completed by field assessors to determine chronic illness status and develop a plan of care with supporting written documentation. - Collaborate with field assessors and facility staff via phone to determine if further information is needed on a claimant or member’s health status. - Call claimants, family members or facility staff to update records on their present health status and provide a new plan of care. - Work with new clients to develop processes that meet their insureds’ needs. As the Care Advisor for CareScout Services, you will play a critical role in the execution of CareScout Services strategic initiatives and external-facing activities. This role is focused on creating meaningful, empathetic connections with families looking for care, understanding their unique needs and helping them find the best solutions for their situation. Meet or exceed targets, KPIs and conversion metrics while maintaining a customer-first approach to all activities Proactively follow up with leads and prospects, tracking interactions in our CRM system to ensure timely and effective communication Conduct research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develop formal recommendations for presentation to management Use active listening skills to uncover customers’ needs and recommend tailored products or services that best align with their requirements Match needs with appropriate care options based on the provider’s services, availability and rates, including analysis of provider information to support informed client decision-making Initiate and respond to inbound and outbound inquiries with genuine empathy, focusing on customers’ pain points and goals Establish trust by creating personalized, consultative conversations that show understanding, respect and care for the customers’ journey Address customer questions, concerns or objections in a thoughtful, clear and kind manner to ensure a positive experience, even during challenging conversations Prepare, quality review and send information on care services, providers and other educational material Contact home care agencies, assisted living facilities and other care service providers via phone to secure offers for customers Support pilots and implementation of new product and service offerings, including ownership of ideation, effort and reporting Collaborate with network management, marketing, sales and product teams to enhance customer service and brand awareness to customers, including managing data to supply insights Lead and participate in strategic projects to drive process efficiencies, build scale and inspire excellence Other duties as assigned by the manager that support business needs, changes, and new initiatives
