Role Description Our client is a leader in the Edtech industry in India. They are currently looking for Managers to lead a team of Operations associates – content. This would be a 6 month engagement on a contract basis, post which our client may decide to absorb the candidates on the payroll. - Skills required: Program Management / Project Management / B2B Sales - Work location: Remote - From Anywhere in India - Number of working days: 6 - Candidates will have to use their own laptop - CTC on offer: 11 to 12 lacs Qualifications - 4+ Years of experience in management consulting firms and/or program management experience in new-age startups - An analytic drive to support decisions with data - Ability to make data digestible to diverse audiences - Experience in diagnosing friction in teams and moving them to good - High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities Requirements - Good to have: Managing cross-functional projects, planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple categories and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes - Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and affiliation management - Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits - Experience in B2B inside sales Benefits - Opportunity to work with India's largest education platform - Impact on over 300,000 students through online lessons and specialized courses - Collaboration with top educators in the country - Ability to empower youth and contribute to their educational journey
