As Associate Director / Director of HCP Marketing at Capricor, you will lead the development and execution of the healthcare professional marketing strategy for deramiocel, Capricor’s first commercial product, a cell therapy for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). In this role, you will translate clinical evidence, market insights, and competitive intelligence into differentiated messaging and a multi-channel education and promotional campaign that drives awareness, adoption, and appropriate use among neuromuscular specialists and the broader DMD care team. You will own brand planning and execution for the HCP audience, manage agency and vendor partners, and serve as a key cross-functional partner across the commercial organization. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, scope of role, location, and internal equity.
