• Provide positive and professional technical support to Canon customers via phone • Analyze complex issues to answer questions, troubleshoot, and advise on solutions • Promptly identify, research, and resolve customer inquiries using all available software and network tools • Interact with customers and team members simultaneously to expedite call resolution • Make prompt, accurate business decisions that mutually benefit the business and the customer • Document interactions and resolutions in our easy-to-use applications • Assist customers using our Total Care approach in making a purchase decision and completing their order on the Canon website

• Lead the sales process for Canon’s production print technologies, software, and related services through our independent dealer partners within a defined regional assigned territory • Collaborate with dealer specialists to identify opportunities, demonstrate solutions, and close sales • Provide expert consulting to end-user customers on commercial print operations, production workflows, color management, and business development strategies • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and support at conferences, tradeshows, Canon regional offices, and customer sites • Manage a robust sales pipeline and activity tracking to support dealer channel growth • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering specialized advice to help customers make informed decisions • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal product planning and marketing teams to drive future enhancements • Support internal sales and marketing initiatives, including product launches, education, and training

• Work with cutting-edge Canon equipment and technologies. • Build strong relationships with customers through direct on-site service. • Receive ongoing training and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, team-oriented environment. • Travel extensively within the US to install the Canon Ink Jet Product. • Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system issues using established procedures. • Deliver high-quality, professional on-site service to meet or exceed customer expectations. • Complete Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and maintain all assigned Canon property. • Assist with escalated technical or customer service issues and guide less experienced technicians.
